Casa di Max - private room in apartment with shared bathroom FREE PARKING

Clean, lots of facilities, comfortable & convenient; a real pleasure to stay.

Pros: Max is very friendly and helpful. The location is literally walking distance to the airport. Free parking onsite was great. The kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher and it was very convenient to be able to use the washing machine. The free bus ticket into town was also a big help just for the convenience of it.

Cons: We had the entire apartment to ourselves so although it was shared facilities we did not have to share with anyone. All good 👍

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Casa di Max. The house was very nice, clean, and easy to find, and it also provided convenient parking for our car. Our host, Max, was extremely kind and helpful, leaving us with the best impressions. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return!

Pros: Everything was great: a convenient location from the Flixbus arrival point, and despite its arrival and an additional delay, the host was very friendly and checked us in after 10 PM. Everything in the apartment was clean, it had everything necessary, it was comfortable and cozy. The check-in instructions were clear, and what was especially pleasant was the price – it was a very nice surprise.

Pros: Lovely stay, house is clean, room is enough for two with nice balcony. Max is really a nice host he’s responsive helped with all our inquiries and he gave us a guest pass that was really helpful in our trip(museum, cable car , trains and buses are all included) we found also little loacker wafer box in the room (cute gesture we appreciate it)

Cons: All good, even if location is not in center there’s bus station just in front of the house

Pros: Good location, near to FlixBus and train station; Max is very nice and responsible; Fair price and clean conditions.

Pros: I landed late at night in Bolzano and it was very convenient that the apartment is only a 10 minute walk away from the airport. The next day I had to go to Merano. The bus stop for the bus to the station is right across the street and with the Südttirol Mobil Card provided by Max, I could use all buses and even the train to Merano without extra costs.

Max is awesome

Pros: Perfectly clean and well provisioned room in a shared apartment. Host made it excellent though - picked me up from the train station, provided use of the washing machine and even let me store gear while hiking after checkout! Max is an absolute legend.

Pros: Casa Di Max was fantastic! Check-in was smooth and communications was too. The host, Max, is a super friendly guy who made our stay in Bolzano even better by giving us free transport passes in Bolzano and a chocolate to welcome us. He even let us check in early! The location is great as well being only 15 minutes away from the old town and the train station. I highly recommend Casa Di Max for anyone staying in Bolzano 👌🏼

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect, from the cleanliness to the quality of the room, the stuff provided and the communication with Max. Definitely recommend and I look forward to returning!
