Brilliant, loved every minute

Pros: We loved everything .. Food, rooms , sauna, pool, views, snow and Staff.. Owner was ever so helpful .. She gets 10/10 ! Great getaway and hideaway for a week or so .. Relax and enjoy..

Top quality in every aspect

Pros: This is a top quality family-owned hotel in every aspect! Impressive attention to details, gourmet food, excellent customer service, impeccable cleanliness, noteworthy attitude regarding sustainability! The spa area is one of the best we have ever been to. Bernadette, the owner, is so professional and efficient in running the business that I believe she should teach hotel management courses! The entire staff is super user-friendly and always smiling. The ski-to-door location is another great plus to explore the amazing Dolomites!

A must of you are coming to the Dolomites.

Pros: One of the bes places we have ever stayed. It's just better than the photos. Amazing staff led by its owners. Michelin list food. Amazing view to the Dolomites and one of the best spas to enjoy. Simply amazing.

Pros: Both my wife and I travel quite a lot, and still this was hands down the best hotel either of us ever stayed at! Staff is fantastic, helpful, and very friendly. Excellent location, excellent rooms, price for money could not have been any better!

Posebno i prelijepo, jedva se čekamo vratiti!!

Pros: Jedan od najljepših, najmirisnijih i najudobnijih hotela u kojima smo bili.. izvrsno za uzivanje i odmor, staza skijaška na izlazu iz hotela, doručak obilat i preukusan, večera za svaku pohvalu!! Michelinova preporuka s razlogom krasi njihov hotel.. osoblje uvijek raspoloženo, nasmijeno, na usluzi sta god da vam treba.. od srca preporučam svima ovo mjesto za uzivanje u skijanju, za odmor s djecom, za par.. ma za sve ima mjesta i uzivat cete sigurno!! Jedva čekamo dogodine!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen

Pros: Die ehrliche Herzlichkeit des Personals und der Inhaberin einschließlich Ihrer Familie waren einfach nur klasse. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und auch herzlich willkommen. Vielen Dank, Frau Castlunger. Das Frühstück war prima. Eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel macht die Anfahrt zu den Wanderwegen sehr einfach. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist super.

Cons: Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, der aber überhaupt nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat: Die Zahl der Skilifte und Pisten in diesem Gebiet Südtirols ist sehr hoch, für Wanderer im Sommerurlaub manchmal nicht wirklich schön. Ich finde, es reicht mit Bau von neuen Anlagen
