Pros: The sauna facilities are superb, one of the best I've been to. The dinner / breakfast were outstanding as well. Ski shuttle services very efficient with organized pickup/drop off. Offers similar luxury amenities as other hotels at a much better rate.

Cons: Room had a really weird odor to it, almost like smoke but something else can't put my finger on it. Room had a no smoke sign but something was off

Pros: The location is perfect. We stayed there for five nights and went to most places within 1.5 hr. Their half board option is excellent with exceptional breakfast and dinner. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They helped us to contact our rental car company to arrange towing and taxi services when our car was involved in an incident. Highly recommended.

Pros: Exceptional guest care from all the staff. The owner is extremely interesting, friendly, approachable, and generous. These qualities are evident in every detail of the property. The cuisine was sublime, well varied, elaborate, tasty, and artisan food. The relaxation and wellness area, complete with all the amenities, was also perfect.

Friendly and welcoming staff made this a great stay in awesome surroundings

Pros: The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Particular thanks to Carlo for his guided excursions. Issued with a free bus pass which made travelling much easier. We ate in the hotel every night and the food was great. Lovely breakfast too. The pool and spa facilities were clean and easy to access. The area is beautiful.

Comfortable staying

Pros: Very comfortable hotel with pool and SPA. Large car park in the front of hotel, even huge garage. Kind and helpful staff. It’s worth buying dinner - delicious, local cuisine.
