Warm and clean, lovely helpful and friendly staff

Pros: Easy to find, beautiful modern rooms, absolutely spotlessly clean, warm and practical. The gentleman on the desk was an absolute gem, giving us a spectacular dinner recommendation and even preparing us breakfast to go as we had to leave early. Truly easy and wonderful stay, thank you!

Pros: Room is very conformable. Big enough. Clean and have a small kitchen can cook food. The young guy Simon very helpful. Breakfast is good and coffee. Location just opposite the bus stop.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Staff were welcoming and allowed us to use the room before check-in time. No problems with parking as they have there own parking spaces behind the house and parking is free Loved the decor-lots of wood which fitted well with the atmosphere of the house. Lovely breakfast with variety of foods There are some restaurants and hotels within 10 minute walk

Cons: They don't have a restaurant in the evenings but they do have a bar where you can have a drink. Not many toiletries supplied Would have been nice to have some tourist information leaflets in the property

Pros: The hotel is vintage and great looking. The staff were too good. We loved the staff. They were very courteous. Great service.. very very clean hotel. And also we asked for restaurant suggestions and the places they suggested was best value for money and great taste . Parking at the hotel...

Cons: There was no complimentary mineral water for every room. Which was very strange. Instant coffee and kettle in room was expected at this price point . Some veg options at breakfast could have made this stay beyond perfect...

Nice, charming place with friendly staff

Pros: Goldenes Ramm was a very nice hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, and the service was excellent when we arrived late in the evening — Simon had provided detailed instructions on where to park and how to get inside. A bonus was that breakfast was included. We would definitely recommend the place to other families.
