Pros: The staff were incredible . A FRIENDLY welcome at midnight , extremely helpful with explaining the menu and organising transport . The food was superb , Marianne spoilt us . Thank you .

Great place to spend holidays
Pros: Very nice comfortable hotel with great wellness area, I loved the sauna and relax zone there. The host were welcoming and warm-heaeted and the chef was great. The perfect italian dinners were served every evening and they were really delicious. Thank you for great holidays.
Cons: We missed the offer of warm breakfast (no eggs, nor bacon, nor sausages). But last day we noticed a guest having scrammbled eggs ond the table. But if there was a possibility to order them in the morning, they should have informed us the first day😑 but the breakfasts were very good and there were many varied.

Very good hotel in Campetillo. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: Everything was very good. Staff - especially young man who spokes several languages, was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and dinner - lots of choices, very good. Location - parking is free and enough spaces. Hotel is also very close to ski bus stop. Big ski lift Col Rodella is close - but you still need to go by ski bus (850 m) . Campetillo is nice small town/village - everything is close. Hotel spa was also very nice - steam sauna and regular sauna, big jaccuzi, cold and regulas massage shower, big relaxing area - but keep in mind, that if you book classic room via booking, then access to the spa is extra. Hotel has also ski room - downstairs.

Piacevole sorpresa
Pros: Hotel a 3 stelle che potrebbe meritare una gratifica aggiuntiva. Colazione e cena abbondanti e assortite. Personale molto disponibile e amichevole. Fiore all'occhiello l'area wellness con ampia vasca idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco e zona relax che, dopo una giornata sugli sci, è un vero toccasana per rigenerare corpo e mente !

Pros: מלון מצויין, המחיר סביר בהחלט. המלון ממוקם על הכביש המרכזי, קרוב למרכז העיירה. צמוד למלון תחנת אוטובוס לסקי . למלון חניה פרטית . במלון מתקני ספא טובים וחדרים נוחים. לקחנו סוויטה גוניור והיא הספיקה לזוג. המקלחת גדולה עם מחממי מגבות. ארוחת בוקר צנועה אך מספקת. המלון משופץ וטכנולוגי עם חימום רציף המלון חמים ונעים עם שירות מצויין ויחס אישי. ממליץ מאוד, תמורה טובה מאוד למחיר.
Cons: ארוחת בוקר צנועה ,אך מספקת. המיטה יכולה להיות יותר רחבה.

Pros: Praticamente tutto, una nota di merito soprattutto per la pulizia e la cortesia di staff e titolare. Forse leggermente migliorabile la colazione, ma è giusto per aggiungere la lode ad un posto che per me è già da 10. Grazie!

Una vera vacanza rilassante nella cornice stupenda delle Dolomiti nel grazioso paese di Campitello.
Pros: Tutto ottimo, sopra tutto la pulizia , l'ottima cucina, il confort della spa, ed in particolare l'ospitalità la cortesia e la professionalità dello staf tutto, sicuramente merito dell'onnipresente e attento direttore Sig. Pancrazio sempre attento e disponibile.

Огромное спасибо обаятельным женщинам на ресепшене и в ресторане за создание прекрасной атмосферы и помощь в решении нек
Pros: Расположение, дружелюбный и всегда готовый помочь персонал, вкусные и сытные завтраки и ужины.
Cons: Нет держателя для мыла/шампуня в душевой кабине; с отоплением беда - оно включается только когда ты входишь в номер и вставляешь ключ-карту в специальное устройство, включающее электричество, работает несколько часов ночью, утром уже радиаторы холодные и в комнате, и в ванной, из-за чего полотенца не успевают высохнуть… Я понимаю, что электричество у них дорогое, и что, если хочешь постоянного отопления, бери более дорогие отели (и то не факт).
