Pros: Very nice hotel and room was luxorious size. Everyhing worked.

Cons: Swimming pool was closed alreary at 6 p.m and thus swimming pool was not possible for those staying here only one night. There were no restaurants at walking distance but you need some vehicle to reach a restaurant.

Pros: Excellent value for money. Lovely clean and spacious room, with a large bathroom. Short walk into the centre of town

Cons: Make sure you beat the locust coach parties to breakfast 😀

Value for money but don’t expect high standards, action or sympathy when complaining to the senior hotel manager

Pros: I would say it is value for money. We initially booked / nights and then after the first night we booked another 2 nights. The first room was really nice with fantastic shower, comfortable bed AND reasonable WiFi. We were moved to a different room for the extra 2 nights but the shower was like something out of the 1970’s, no WiFi and uncomfortable bed. However, to be fair to the Hotel, the room did have a balcony and great view which was an upgrade from the first room we had. I would stay again as I know what to expect. I suppose I was expecting too much for the money we paid so it’s true , you only get what you pay for.

Cons: Poor (non existent WiFi) in the room and in reception - very frustrating. Old and dated small shower cubicle and not heating

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! We were on our honeymoon after our wedding, and the hotel gave us a wonderful gift — a complimentary spa visit. It was such a pleasant bonus and made our experience even more special. Thank you so much! ❤️

Pros: Security for motorcycle, shower was magnificent and spa was superb / spent 2 hours lazing around and relaxing in the pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Cons: Half board was great value for money.

Pros: La piscina e la Spa sono ampie e confortevoli. La skiroom molto funzionale. Ottimo il servizio navetta per le piste di Canazei

Cons: Camere e bagni in generale da rinnovare, la camera “convenient” sotto la sufficienza

Cons: V části hotelu kde jsme byli ubytovaní byla celkem zima a jelikož ještě nezačala topná sezona, nedalo se nic dělat. Bylo to nepříjemné jelikož jsme byli s malým dítětem
