Pros: Hotel in the center of Cavalese. Close to all important events, restaurants and shops. One of the best restaurants in place with exceptional selection of wines. Ski bus just behind the corner. Very kind and helpfull personel. Thaks again, we realy enjoyed staying here!

Pros: Small, well renovated hotel. Rooms were very nicly designed, modern, clean and fresh. Rich breakfasts and nice service. The sauna and jacuzzi facilities were very cosy and nice. enough for this size of hotel (number of beds).

Cons: In some aspects, the hotel represented more desing than functionality. Some examples: for double bed, there should be an extra thin matrasse put on the two separate matraces, as the two fall apart during the night (there is no barrier on the side, so they slide out of the bed). Thanks to the good hotel service, they organised the extra matrace for us. In the bathroom there are no shelves nor enough hooks. And in the room no hooks. The electric heater in the bathroom did not work. There is only a very strong light possible in the bathroom, which is not good, when you want to go to the toilet at nighttime. The reading light above the heads of the beds is very thin. I couldn't see. It is not suitable for reading in the bed, as you can spoil the eyes. There are just few examples of poor funcionality.

Una splendida vacanza riposante

Pros: L’hotel è accogliente, le camere sono ampie e il bagno (e io ci guardo molto) pulito spazioso con una doccia grande. Il letto confortevole. Lo staff dell’albergo è il massimo della gentilezza e della cortesia.. è un piacere cominciare le giornate con tanti sorrisi… In particolare un grazie alla dolcezza di Rosa che ogni mattina ci accoglieva per la colazione.. E poi un grazie alla giovane Matilde, disponibile, gentile, molto preparata.. Grazie alla carinissima proprietaria con la quale mi sono trattenuta a fare due chiacchiere prima di partire.. Altro aspetto super positivo è la cucina!! Le colazioni sono buonissime dal dolce al salato con un’ampia scelta.. Sicuramente torneremo… e lo consigliamo vivamente a chi ha voglia di passare una bella vacanza a Cavalese…

Pros: Struttura molto bella e in ottima posizione. Lo staff molto gentile si è dimostrato molto professionale soprattutto durante la cena che che è stata di primissimo livello. Molto buona e abbondante anche la colazione.

Pros: Bellissima struttura, curata nei dettagli. La spa organizzata su richiesta in modo tale non ci sia mai affollamento....ottimo ristorante con grande varietà ed ottima selezioni di vini. Camera ampia, pulita e silenziosa. Personale gentilissimo e premuroso. Posizione centrale.
