Pros: room was lovely, breakfast was abundant and delicious, the spa area was very complete and open all day. You can definitely tell the family owners put their heart into it

Room and pool with a view.

Pros: Very nice hotel location with room and indoor/outdoor pool with Val di Fiemme and Alpe Cermis stunning panoramic view. Relaxing and comfortable pool area. Family hotel touch with very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and tasty Italian cuisine for halfboard dinners. Spacious indoor parking.

Enjoyable stay but too expensive!

Pros: The inside/outside pool is a gem! Highly recommend it going to the spa but maybe not stay in the most expensive rooms. Staff are super friendly and kind! They let us do a late check out since we arrived late at the hotel and it was my birthday! Breakfast was great! Great parking too. Amazing mountain views!

Cons: Prices are too high and although the room was amazing, the bathub was smaller than we expected and there wasn't any conditioner for us.

Pros: Great hotel with perfect location a few minutes from Cavalese city centre and Alpe Cermis skiing area. Very good wellness area.

Exceptional service, we will go back for the fourth time next year.

Pros: The suite was immaculately designed and comfortable with excellent views.

Cons: Privacy was not possible in the suite that we stayed because of glass doors between bedroom and living room,

Fabulous!

Pros: This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. The views from every room and the spa/pool areas are fantastic. The spa is really great and facilities are beautiful. The pool is indoor/outdoor with both indoor and outdoor lounge areas. The restaurant is first class. And the owner makes time to welcome guests. He was really sweet.

A great place to stay

Pros: A great, family run, very friendly and relaxing place with the best spa I have been to in Italy- including a huge outdoors infinity pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Beautiful, spacious rooms with terraces overlooking Dolomites. The hotel is conveniently located in Cavalese, a small village in Val di Fiemme and is a great base for traveling around Dolomites. Amazing and very understanding staff, both at the reception and breakfast/dining areas (thank you for the amazing fresh juices and our favourite double cappuccinos!). My friend got a free room upgrade, which was very nice. They have chargers for electric cars, and a free parking- very, very convenient. The hotel is convenient also for people with limited mobility - elevators take you everywhere, incl in the spa and there are very few stairs to take.

Cons: We went there during quiet season and both the hotel and nearby towns/restaurants and bars were basically empty. For the travellers who love to socialise, do go during the high season. The menu in the restaurant could have included a few salads/soups rather than one - but I understand it`s not the season/specialty of the region.

Excellent hotel with fabulous dinner

Pros: Excellent hotel with fabulous wellness centre.family room was great,spacious,with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and balcony with great view on alpe cermis.staff was very helpful in reception and also in the wellness centre.water in pool was warm enough with lot of jets and great view from the pool.there were 5 saunas and also sauna ritual is running every day.there were wather,tea,fruit and bar available.i have ordered ajurvedic massage-it was great,masseur was great really skillful,it was like in sri lanka-i highly recommend it.breakfast was great,there were varios breds,cheese,hams,jams,honeys,cakes,omelets on request as well as many types on coffee.there was possibility to make your own fresh juice.dinner was good,you need to order table in advance.you can choose from 15meals and houndreds of vines.parking was possible in garage or outside when you have too tall car with skibox.

Cons: The side bread at dinner was old.in such a hood hotel it dehonest the dinner.

Pros: Amazing facilities, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness and delicious breakfast.
