Great Hotel, amazing staff and dinner

Pros: Newly renovated, clean and spacious rooms, service from the staff was outstanding. They made drink at the bar to our design. The highlight was the dinner in the restaurant Terz. Amazing.

Cons: The sauna could open earlier then 4 pm

A gem.

Pros: The views from the hotel are simply amazing. Eggs are prepared fresh as per your order. In house dinner surprised us-delicious and even good value for the money. We loved the sauna and swimming pool. The bus system is very convenient. Staff (including the cleaning personnel) is beyond excellent-genuinely friendly and kind.

With the current heat wave, very good property to visit in Merano

Pros: Modern uncomfortable hotel; spacious bathroom, and kitchenette with small table in the room

Cons: The balcony could not be used as it looked out to the street, which was very busy/loud. The little box next to the air conditioning made a persistent and strong noise the whole time which was very tiresome.

Cons: Il ristorante a pranzo con piatti un po' troppo elaborati e non alla portata di tutti Colazione a buffet oltre ogni aspettativa tutto buonissimo

Pros: L'estetica dell'hotel molto avvolgente, molto bella la stanza, il balcone regala una bellissima vista. Lo staff era accogliente e gentile. Buona la spa.

Cons: Buono e ricco il buffet della colazione anche se manca un po di dolce, e per quanto riguarda la spa manca un dopo sauna rinfrescante. Peccato trovare in inverno l'acqua della piscina a temperatura ambiente, vorrebbe un po più calda.

Toller Aufenthalt ohne abstriche

Pros: Das Frühstück war sehr toll und reichlich, alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons: Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu meckern gäbe ... Es war eine Küchenzeile integriert und wenn dann auch noch ein wenig Küchenutensilien enthalten gewesen wäre (Teller, Besteck, Gläser etc.) wäre es ganz toll gewesen.
