A true gem of the Dolomites 🧡
Pros: Lovely place just on the Sellaronda. Everything is just beautiful and comfy, from checking in and getting your equipment delivered, to going out on the slopes every day. We had an amazing time!

Best skiing hotel evee
Pros: It is a perfect hotel, especially for skiing. Everything has been thought about and its proximity to the slopes was ideal. All the staff were brilliant, especially Christian. Nothing was too much, they smiled and were always helpful
Cons: I wasn’t impressed by the restaurant menu, but this is probably just personal taste

Amazing location, beautiful view and wonderful people!
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, spa on the top amazing and in general the new hotel area was very lovely. Rooms had great view and great beds. There are plenty good trekking around the place and the hotel offers good advice on this. The staff and owners are very responsible and very kind and take all matters raised very serious.
Cons: The hotel offers some vegan food, I would have liked it better, but I think with clear communication to the hotel this can be achieved. They took our feedback very serious and we are already planning our next trip!

Pros: Everything! This hotel is perfect, it exceeded our expectations and we were treated like absolute royalty. Everyone went above and beyond every day, even for my birthday I got a little gift. The cleanliness of the rooms I could not fault, the staff were happy and always willing to assist. The rooms are massive, beds comfortable, I am still left in awe of this place. I will be back!
Cons: That our stay wasn't long enough.

Kracking Kolfuschgerhof Mountain Resort!
Pros: Kolfuschgerhof Mountain Resort was the main stay of our honeymoon and boy it didn't disappoint! The resort is immaculate! The indoor and the outdoor spa areas are breath-taking. The views are jaw-dropping. We were half-board and highly recommend you doing the same as there aren't many dining options in the area. We also had car hire, which definitely helped, however, the buses and the cable cars are very close and enable accessibility to nearby areas. We're planning on going back!

A Relaxing Stay with Exceptional Staff and Thoughtful Surprises
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The spa facilities were excellent and made our trip extra relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, with plenty of variety and good quality food. The staff were truly lovely – very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, which made it easy to settle in right away. A special mention goes to how the hotel handled a birthday in our group. They noticed it from the ID card at check in and went out of their way to make it memorable – decorating our tables, surprising the birthday guest with a thoughtful card and small gift at breakfast, and later treating the whole group to a delicious cake at dinner. It really made the day feel extra special and showed the attention to detail and care of the team.
Cons: The only small thing missing was a coffee machine or tea kettle in the room, which would have been a nice touch.

Beautiful views
Pros: The hotel has an incredible location, considering the summer season and the ability to walk from everywhere. There is a path that goes to key places for walking.
Cons: Half of the rooms face the main road, which in the summer season and considering the motorcyclists, makes the stay a bit noisy. We are the kind of people who escape the city to enjoy the silence and the noise from the street bothers us a lot. The staff immediately changed our room to one facing the inside of the hotel, where this noise was completely gone.
