Pros: The customer service is great! they were accommodating and attentive to my needs. Because I was returning late, they extended the room check-out slightly to accommodate me.

Pros: Pretty spacious room with balcony and nice view, free parking, good WiFi, comfortable bed, very tasty and varied breakfast, friendly staff, good location in the center, close to the shops, restaurants and bus stop.

Cons: The hotel is rather old and its decor is quite specific, not everyone will like it

Rustic comfortable hotel - nice breakfast, lovely staff

Pros: Very well situated, staff were very friendly. The whole hotel was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely and there are lovely views from the breakfast room. Room was very comfortable, and we liked that we had a little booth in our room that was nice to sit at to play cards! The staff were very sweet and put love hearts on our beds for check in as it was our wedding anniversary!

Cons: When we first got to our room it smelled strongly of cigarettes. Fortunately, we kept the balcony door open the whole stay so it aired out. Room decor was quite dated

We had an amazing time in Corvara and Hotel La Plaza was the ideal place for us.

Pros: Perfect location in Corvara. Staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Room of good size with nice balcony, and adequate facilities. Sauna / spa also much appreciated. Would happily return if back in the Dolomites.

Cons: Some of the admin was a little haphazard - e.g. a guest being given our key and entering our room was not ideal. Could have been more clearly signalled that the hotel doors are locked at night (a bit of a surprise when we returned from a wedding).

Pros: Fantastic location, lovely staff, amazing breakfast. Very cool basement spa and bike storage area

Cons: Could hear every little noise from the hallway. Overall hotel is quite old, including furniture.

Great stay in Corvara, very well priced for what you get.

Pros: The rooms are exceptionally clean, as well as the whole hotel. The sauna / jacuzzi facilities are a nice bonus feature, and they are also clean at all times. The breakfast was exceptional, so many savory and sweet options and the staff working in the breakfast room were very kind and attentive.

Cons: The wifi was very spotty, and often did not work in the room. Also just a note that there is no shower, just a bath with a separate shower head / hand that you have to hold. Did not bother us necessarily but worth mentioning.
