Very good experience!

Pros: Very friendly staff and great service. We were also able to rent great bikes from the hotel. The spa treatments were great and got extra tips for at home.

Cons: The rooms were a bit warm. Having access to a ventilator or AC would have been helpful.

A nice place to stay

Pros: Superfriendly staff, good food and breakfast, nice pool and outside areas. Big room (superior room)

Cons: Lack of air conditioning in the rooms (with 30 degrees was a bit hot) and restaurant was too hot. Some features (like afternoon snack, goodbye gift or late check out) were only granted for free to direct customers, not through booking.com

Really nice hotel, no spa though

Pros: It’s a nice small hotel with very friendly staff and proximity to Dolomites. We really enjoyed our visit.

Cons: The only negative point was the spa that was actually limited to a small outside pool (there might be a sauna and a possibly to book a massage, but it is closed most of the time), and there was no even a shower gel in the “spa” area.
