Sensation place and staff

Pros: The half board was exceptional. More than enough options for both breakfast and dinner. The service staff were so friendly and helpful to a couple of non Italian speakers. Reception ataff could not have been more helpful qnd accomodating. Shout out to Vanessa, Valentino and Kumar. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. The wellness facilities were very welcome after a day hiking in the mountains. Definitely a revisit and recommendation for fellow travellers. On check out we were presented with a gift of bottle grappa. So welcoming.

Cons: Nothing, maybe the naked people in the spa but when in the Dolimites.....

Pros: The reception staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Hotel's location is great. Overall we were happy.

Cons: Mattresses could be better. Too soft for us. Paint on the bathroom wall needed a refresh.

We recommend it for sure. Great facility, great location. Just take your ear plugs just in case.

Pros: We loved the hotel.beautiful and relaxing. Right in front of the lifts which is a plus even in the summer. Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The walls are not as thick as you would think so it was noisy. Specially some times people didn’t care and slammed the door.

Pros: Location, amazing view from the balcony, very friendly and helpful staff

Cons: Rooms facing the street might be noisy, breakfast was very limited for 4* hotel, no vegetables at all, no fruit

Great location, cozy and spacious room, amazing dinner experience

Pros: We loved the location, very close to the main attractions in the Dolomites. The room was cozy and simple, but very spacious. We enjoyed the dinner experience and the breakfast was lovely.

Cons: The bathroom would need a new coat of paint, but it was clean and functional.
