High quality place but not a place if you are looking for a quiet adult only place

Pros: Beautiful location and cool, sleek architecture! Lovely staff. High quality kitchen.

Cons: Too many families with children! Be aware that this is contrary to an adult place!

Nächstes mal lieber wieder 5 Sterne Hotel

Pros: Personal war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Zimmer (Junior Suite) sehr geräumig und schick eingerichtet. Angenehmer Balkon mit Hängesessel. Modernes Bad. Morgens mit Sonnenaufgang Blick über den Pool und die Apfelplantage ist begeisternd. Essen und Frühstück haben hohe Qualität. Sieben Charger für E-Autos in Tiefgarage und mit 60 Cent pro kW voll in Ordnung.

Cons: Manchmal ist das Personal etwas träge und es dauert ewig bis mal jemand kommt um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Auch die Wartezeitbis das Essen auf den Tisch kommt ist manchmal extrem (30 min. für pouchiertes Ei, 25 min. für Sandwich). Viele kleine Versäumnisse des Servicepersonales sind nervig, z.B keine Ausschankserviette beim Flaschenwein aus Kühler. Musste immer extra angefragt werden und einmal kam eine mit Rotweinflecken zur Weisweinflasche. Einige Sachen haben wir beim Frühstück vermisst z.B. Lachs, Sekt, Ei Benedikt. In der gesamten Anlage fehlen ordentliche Beschilderungen. Verirren garantiert. Die Aussenfassaden aus Holz sind sehr verwittert. Holz-Poolumrandung ungepflegt. Im Zimmer steht eine Marshall Bluetoothbox für deren Nutzung man erst mal eine App installieren müsste. Warum nicht einfach ein Radio hinstellen? Ausserdem wäre eine ausgedruckte Hotelinfo schön, man muss immer wieder in der Hotellapp suchen und einiges ist da nicht zu finden, z.B vormittags das Menü für Abend um zu entscheiden ob man reservieren will...

Pros: Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich !

Cons: Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier eher an der falschen Adresse. Die Gäste bestehen hauptsächlich aus Familien mit Kindern (Kinder rennen über den Gang, springen in den Pool, ..). Das Preis / Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht. Schade.

Pros: la struttura è davvero un’oasi di pace e relax. tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli: lo staff è disponibile e cordiale, la colazione è genuina e abbondante, la cena è strepitosa. le aree comuni sono confortevoli e rilassanti.
