Nice wellness hotel which would do so much better with a few tweaks to the product

Pros: The view from the room was great, service from the staff was very friendly, wellness area was large, beautiful and well-furnished and the breakfast and dinner were great.

Cons: Air-conditioning didn’t work in both rooms we booked (we had ensured the balcony doors were locked and the AC unit was running for more than 2 hours but the rooms never cooled below 25 deg c). Glass walls for the toilet cubicle in room - lack of privacy. Dinner menu was complicated - hard to understand the actual menu of the day vs alternative options menu. There were only bar soaps provided in rooms for showering (including for hair) which takes a bit of getting used to (no conditioner provided).

a piece of heaven on earth!

Pros: Peaceful place amazing to relax and enjoy some fitness. Facilities: WOW! Food: WOW! Service: WOW! Luxury and spa: WOW! Simply wow !! Stayed for 6 nights with half-board and still didn’t feel like enough! The location is close to good hikes and in the middle of the alps, 2 hour drive to Dolomites. Staff and food were incredible. Super thoughtful staff. They offer free bicycles and you can rent e-bikes. Would definitely go back! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Pros: Bellissima struttura moderna con una sezione spa ben fornita e sublime. Colazione, pranzo e cene veramente top.

Cons: Nulla. Forse l’unica cosa l’acqua della spa più calda.

Pros: Tutto veramente eccezionale. Cibo ottimo, di varietà e qualità. Camera grande con tutti i comfort. Anche il centro benessere veramente bello e con tanti servizi. Lo staff è disponibile ed attento a qualsiasi richiesta o esigenza. Si vede l’attenzione ai minimi dettagli. Sicuramente torneremo anche in estate.

Weekend indimenticabile

Pros: Ho apprezzato praticamente ogni aspetto della struttura: gli ambienti sono curati e accoglienti, l’area wellness con sauna è particolarmente piacevole e la qualità della cucina è ottima. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato molto soddisfacente.

Cons: L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che il giorno della partenza non è possibile continuare a utilizzare la sauna senza un supplemento. Il check-out è alle 11 e, rispetto ad altre strutture dove è possibile rimanere nell’area benessere anche nel pomeriggio dopo aver lasciato la camera, qui questa possibilità non è prevista.
