Hoomy and friendly feeling , nice stay during Christmas vacation with our 2 years old. Restaurant really good

Pros: Owners are really engaged and attentive. They make you feel really welcomed !

Cons: Nothing special to mention, not in Merano center if that is the expectation .

Amazing yard and spa, located on a busy street

Pros: Best spa facilities we have been to! The restaurant and bar were also amazing! But the highlight was the lake, yard, garden etc. Just enchanting. The staff was lovely, despite only offering German and Italian language (we did later hear English being spoken too). We especially liked the barmen and the staff in the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast was super tasty and versatile, the lady preparing the eggs on the spot does an awesome job.

Cons: It is on a sort of busy street and it was too loud in our room which was facing the street/mountain so we did not get the sleep we were hoping for. Perhaps better isolation windows would help.

Stunning 4 days in Sud Tirol

Pros: Wow what an enjoyable 4 day stay. The staff were all so very helpful and welcoming. The catering was sublime. Just great cooking and presentation every night. Thought we would try half board with a bit of trepidation. Instead, were blown away. The location was excellent for local walking in the mountains. The outdoor pool facilities in particular were excellent. Cannot recommend the outdoor wilderness pool more highly. A highlight of our stay. So simple - filter the water through 5000 plants ... the rest is pure joy.

Cons: A minor point but dont like memory foam matresses
