A little gem

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We received a warm welcome. Our spacious room was spotlessly clean with a lovely balcony and comfortable beds. The food was tasty and the restaurant staff were very cheerful. The breakfast buffet provided lots of tasty options. A very enjoyable stay, we would return.

Cons: Nothing, we had a very restful stay.

Pros: Beautiful location in the Dolomites. Some reviews have commented about the decor being dated but we felt that was all part of its charm. The room was spacious and cleaned daily and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, everyone was lovely! Great selection for breakfast and the cost was very competitive compared to other hotels in the area. We ate at the restaurant twice during our stay and both times had a wonderful meal with buffet starter, 1st course, 2nd course and dessert for only €25 each. A real gem and if we are in the area again we'd definitely return!

Cons: The shower was a little small and I didn't like the shower curtain but I should point out I'm a big guy. The coffee machine for breakfast is awful, bad coffee should be illegal in Italy! But if you ask for a coffee they will make you a proper one. I'm just sorry it took me three mornings to discover that lol..

One night in Italy

Pros: We stayed as a group of Bikers for one night while touring Europe. Hotel is nestled away in the mountains and in a very scenic and quiet location . Rooms were clean albeit could do with modernising a bit but it was still a very comfortable stay .

Chris' stay at Malga Ciapela

Pros: Lovely staff and owners who made me feel very welcome and looked after. Great breakfast too and phenomenal location.

Old fashioned, easy going hospitality

Pros: Great position a short walk from the cable car to the top of Marmolade.

Cons: It’s a basic hotel, with 1970s decor, but clean, good value, with lovely staff. Perfect for a ski holiday. We would come back.

Pros: Location is excellent. Staff very friendly. Cleaning done daily.

Cons: Could offer fruit for breakfast. Dinner only served until 6pm, very early if you are hiking.

Pros: Thank you for great hosting. Apartament was huge especially living room. Kitchen was well equiped. Very short distance to ski lift - 300 m. Around apartament a lot restaurants and markets.

Pros: All the food was delicious. Dinner comes with apetizers and than the 3 more courses. Just perfect. And the staff was great and friendly. Great athmosfere in the hotel.

Cons: The beds could be more comfy.

Perfect waitress and helping stuf. Good location for good skiers.

Pros: Very good and professional stuff, all in purpose of skiing. They will always bring you to the desired destination regardless that you are ski in ski out and 100 m from the slope.

Cons: Pasta at dinner surprisingly is not the best choice. Too big portion with not enough souse and too much pasta. Some items as accessories in toilet and inner doors and be renewed.
