Fantastic!!! Can't wait to go back.

Pros: Really lovely family run hotel. The owners and staff cannot do enough for you. Helping with dog sitters and a romantic evening or the rooftop, in the whirlpool. The breakfast buffet and home made omelette station was great. Evening meal was fantastic and authentic of the area. Rooms are bright and spacious and super clean. Beds really comfy. Pool areas great and fantastic adults and kids seperated. Fantasic location especially if you have a dog. Walks directly from hotel.

Cons: Two very small points: 1. I had a chain smoker benearh me , who smoked day and night on his balcony and it came straight into my window so had to keep it shut. But nothing hotel can really do about that. Secondly, and something maybe hotel could look at. The waiting and bar staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help, however I noticed at breakfast staff were often tied up doing chores like cutlery, prep, cleaning etc and it was really hard to get their attention, and their minds were elsewhere as on two mornings I received and drunk caffinated coffee when I had asked for decaf. Service at breakfast is soooo important, more so than dinner, for 2 reasons, 1. It's the first chance the hotel staff have to offer good service each day and, as most people check out afterr breakfast, it's usually the last impression. This was really the only two points I could mention everything else was 5 star.

Wonderful stay for families and adults who love the spa

Pros: Fabulous spa and great for kids, staff were lovely. The restaurant was a highlight, I found this to be good value for money and daily prices for kids who don’t eat much. The afternoon snack is a nice touch.

Cons: Nothing much really, perhaps they could’ve shared a bit more about what was available to do in the area specifically for kids. As we drove out we realised there was a play park just next door.

Hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Pros: Ein fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet und ein ganz toller SPA- Bereich. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle supernett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Cons: Prakplätze sind etwas knapp.

Ein idealer Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Urlaubsgebiet, ideal zum Wandern.

Pros: Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, noch besser als selbst in guten Hotels üblich. Ausgezeichnete Lage.

Le bien-être dans toute sa splendeur

Pros: La cuisine, le Spa, le personnel,les chambres spacieuses, propres et la literie très confortable

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub erlebt.

Pros: Frühstück war sehr gut. Viele regionale Produkte. Sehr lecker.

Pros: Ein sehr schönes, gemütliches Hotel, das alles hat, um es sich gutgehen zu lassen. Umgeben von wunderschöner Natur. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das (Frühstücks-)Buffet sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und Hunde sind ebenfalls sehr willkommen. Der Wellness und Spa Bereich ist super schön und groß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Bellissima struttura con una bellissima area benessere. La colazione era abbastanza varia sia dolce che salato e molto buona. Anche la cena molto buona. Il personale molto disponibile e accogliente. Molto comoda la possibilità del trasporto in navetta sulle piste da sci e slittino un giorno alla settimana. Una menzione particolare va ai due ragazzi che tenevano l'evento dei getti di vapore in sauna, davvero super! Ottima esperienza, da ritornare!

Bellissima struttura sia per coppie sia per famiglie. Niente da aggiungere!

Pros: Piscine, SPA nudista, SPA famigliare, colazione, posizione, appartamento

Cons: Alcune persone del personale, soprattutto i più giovani, non parlano italiano o lo comprendono male

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage.

Pros: Das Hotel hat einen hervorragenden Sauna- und Wellnessbereich.

Cons: Es könnten weniger Hunde sein.
