Stunning view
Pros: A place with panoramic view that takes your breath away every time you leave the property. Property a restaurant for all meals of the day so you do not have to worry about food and going down the hill. The room was spacious and we also got to use the sauna for no extra fee. Would definitely recommend! The staff was kind and very welcoming also helpful.
Cons: The only thing missing was option to have some coffee in the room and basic dishes like mugs/glasses :)

Highly recommend!
Pros: The location is private in the mountains, with fantastic views. Breakfast was simple, but with all you need, waiters are nice and helpfull. Restaurant is charming and cozy, food delicious (hotpot and stakes must to try). Staff, especially manager Giorgia, were helpfull, creative and friendly, even in non-standard situations.
Cons: Nothing. Maybe consider to have snow-chains in your car during winter season :)

Pros: Absolutely incredible! The staff were the best!! It made our stay, they were amazing. The view is insane! Wow!! The amenities are perfect. The breakfast was fantastic. And the Sauna is a nice touch. You have to stay here.

Exceptional mountain views and outstanding hospitality
Pros: I had a wonderful experience at Ütia de Börz. The location is breathtaking, with panoramic views of the Dolomites right outside the door – the perfect spot for hiking and relaxing in nature. What made the stay truly special was the exceptional staff. They were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. From the check-in to the dining service, everything was done with genuine care and attention. The rooms are cozy and clean, the food is delicious with local specialties, and the overall atmosphere is both relaxing and authentic. I would highly recommend Ütia de Börz to anyone looking for an unforgettable mountain stay with outstanding hospitality.

We loved our time at Utia and hope to return one day!
Pros: Utia is scenically nested right on the Passo delle Erbe, with mountains and meadows all around (I guess that's where its 'herbal' name comes from). If you are a nature lover or travel with a dog (both in our case), it is a perfect place to stay. It also makes a great starting point for exploring the Dolomites, both nearby and further out. The hotel itself is clean, the staff very positive, and the food very tasty. Some advice for drivers: keep in mind that Utia lies at over 2,000 m above sea level. Considering that, I found the approach from San Martino in Badia easier than from San Pietro (both commanding beautiful views, though).

Pros: Lovely place, pure nature and relaxation! And beautiful views.
Cons: We loved the place, there could only be a little adjustments in the room, ie a fridge and smaller wardrobes. Otherwise, it was all very clean and comfortable!

Stunning location
Pros: Location is just stunning. But if you want to have a mountain view from your window ask for it before. Restaurant is very nice with good quality food.
Cons: In the restaurant please make more pillows. I saw guests looking for some soft sitting. This should be more comfortable place to spend more time. This place in the middle of nowhere should have a living room. Now these are sofa in a breakfast room. Restaurant should be a breakfast area. I recommend to use high quality mattresses. Room lighting - please add a simple lamp so that you can make soft and nice atmosphere.

Pros: This place is like heaven on earth. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Dolomites. Great value for money and excellent rooms. We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the mountains—it was the most stunning view I’ve ever seen. I also recommend trying their restaurant; the food was amazing. I didn’t know the hot pot had to be reserved one day in advance, so be sure to plan ahead if you want to try it. If you're planning to stay here, definitely make a reservation for both the restaurant and the hot pot menu. All the staff were truly exceptional. They really understood the needs of the guests, and their hospitality left a lasting impression on me.
Cons: Just one thing—I received a spam link through the chat on Booking.com. This should be looked into as soon as possible.
