Pros: Wonderful hotel, beautiful place, excellent food and facilities and helpful, friendly staff

Cons: No slippers provided for the pool and sauna area (they did provide a lovely dressing gown )

Pros: The hotel is situated in a perfect location. The room was perfectly clean just like the other facilities inside. Meals for breakfast and dinner were abundant and delicious. I was given a Süd Tirol guest card which provided free access to the local public transport (including cableway) and one of the museums in the area. I also enjoyed the sauna area. Parking space was available in front of and behind the hotel too.

Cons: The jacuzzi is connected with the pool, so the temperature of the water is not as warm.

Lovely location and reasonable rates.

Pros: I was upgraded to a better room at no additional cost. I had a lovely view of the lake and the mountains. The wellness center had an indoor swimming pool and saunas. The hotel supplied a bathrobe and towels. The parking was sufficient. I was on half pension and enjoyed all the meals.

Prettige service, prima locatie, 5 minuten rijden van de ijsbaan. Goed eten iedere avond.

Pros: De spa en wellness faciliteiten in het complex zijn echt fantastisch. Wat ook mijn verwachtingen overtrof is dat er een wak met een trappertje in het ijs gemaakt was, om een ijsbad te nemen na een sauna bezoek.

Cons: De matrassen in de kamer zijn aan de harde kant, wanneer je thuis een Auping gewend bent. Verder geen probleem en niks om over te klagen.

Pros: Alles war hervorragend - herzliche Begrüßung, Höflichkeit von Personal, Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im Wellness Bereich, sehr, sehr leckeres Essen - sowohl das Abendbrot als auch das Frühstück. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar: im Preis inbegriffen Übernachtung, Vollpension, Parkplatz, Wellness Bereich und Rittencard.

Cons: Es gibt keine Kritikpunkte.
