Amazing suites and spa

Pros: Wonderful spa, fantastic rooms (suites) with a lot of character, great selection of drinks and cocktails, very good breakfast!

Cons: Feels like two totally different hotels stuck together. We had a suite in the modern half, where the spa also is, and it was fantastic. However bar and dining room (and other rooms) very rustic/traditional and a bit dated

Best staff, best spa and atmosphere

Pros: Best stay! Love it that it has the old italian alps style and the spa is on the modern side and everybody can access that. The spa was perfect, fresh and nice. The rooms were clean and food tasted good. The staff were so polite and welcoming. Best surprise was that they made a bed for our dog in his designated corner, thats was so cute! Will definitely come back.

Cons: Not really a negative but the decor was so random half trad alpine 80s half super modern hotel.

What a great, amazing and luxurious experience! Would definitely recommend this to friends & family!

Pros: We had the Wild Soul suite and what an experience! The suite was beautiful, well taken care of and luxurious. We ate every night in the restaurant of the hotel and it was amazing! The breakfast was also great, because we had the suite we had extra luxurious options for breakfast and dinner. The food was amazing, nice personnel and the pool and wellness were fabulous! We would definitely come back if we had the chance and advise this to friends and family.

Amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Pros: Everything was amazing. The room had a balcony with the most amazing view. Spa was incredible. Breakfast was good as well. Definitely recommended.

Cons: We arrived @11pm and had to pay €30 for late checking.

Exceptional service, lovely staff and 5 star facilities.

Pros: The spa was phenomenal. I wish we had more time there. I love that they provided the robe and slippers. Unlike others who charge for it. Lots of extra things to do wonderful spa services and very friendly staff.

Cons: I wish the pool and facilities stayed open longer and not shut at 7pm and opened earlier so we could take a quick dip before breakfast.
