Great location and service, but not ideal for couples seeking quiet

Pros: We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is very central, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The reception staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. You can clearly see that the hotel management cares deeply about guest satisfaction—every effort is made to ensure people leave with a smile. The rooms and common areas were very clean, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was both delicious and served in a pleasant atmosphere.

Cons: One thing to note: the hotel seems to be very popular with families, so there are a lot of children around. This might not be ideal for couples or guests seeking a quieter experience.

Very good for being with small kids - less for older ones

Pros: Modern room with A/C and balcony, decent location with outstanding view over Merano, good garage parking (important in such a places!), very centric location. The pools are a bit small (10-12m long), so easy get crowded, but otherwise plenty of space for sundecks. Staff is excellent, caring and service oriented. Food on the dinner is excellent too, with mix of fine dining menu and easy grabs for kids, plus appetizers and cheese buffet.

Cons: The breakfast is some that not on the same level as dinners - limited a'la carte choice, and buffet is also not that broad selection.. you won't be starving, but many places do it better. The lunch experience is strange - very limited, and feels like almost hotel isn't expecting you to eat there.. Overall, while being high quality, it felt to me more expensive than similar places in Sudtirol or in Austrian side of Tirol, so price / value perhaps could be improved.

Please visit if you are in the need of an environment to get in tune with yourself.

Pros: Such a fresh experience. Great location, fantastic views, superb dining (really!!), and above all a friendly and warm atmosphere. Somehing really unique!

Fantastico, abbiamo già prenotato la prossima vacanza.

Pros: Ci hanno sorpreso l' eccezionale cortesia dello staff e l'attenzione dedicata ai bambini con spazi e comodità (2 stanze gioco dedicate a bambini e ragazzi, piscina per bambini, buffet per bambini). Allo stesso momento il menù e la qualità del cibo erano straordinari, e ci sono zone dedicate a soli adulti. Abbiamo già prenotato il prossimo soggiorno.

Pros: È un bellissimo hotel 4 stelle ma è come stare in famiglia, sono tutti molto carini e disponibili

Pros: Modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Dorf Tirol mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht welches von einer super netten Gastgeberfamilie geführt wird. Das Team besticht durch eine durchgängige liebevolle und zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Verbundenheit. Man fühlt sich nicht nur als Gast! Wunderbar Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und haben absolut nichts auszusetzen. Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderbaren Verwöhntage Anja&Michael

Cons: Sorry.......Nichts

Pros: Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das ganze Team ist sehr zuvorkomment, und fachkundig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich das Hotel wieder besuchen.

L’hotel è una coccola unica! Super consigliato

Pros: La struttura è incredibile. Check in veloce (il tempo di un welcome drink), il personale è davvero molto gentile e cordiale. C’è un parcheggio coperto, perfetto per l’inverno, con un’ascensore che porta direttamente a tutti i piani. Le piscine interna ed esterna e l’area relax sono perfette per un soggiorno rilassante. Colazione molto ricca, con le uova preparate al momento e un’ampia offerta di prodotti freschi. Le camere sono incredibili, molto belle, pulite e accoglienti, dotate di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Al check out ci hanno dato un cadeau molto carino, una coccola super apprezzata. È a pochi km da Merano, rapido da raggiungere in macchina e servito anche dai mezzi pubblici. Hotel davvero consigliato.
