Pros: Very cozy hotel, gorgeous decorations, breakfast was very nice as well. Staff is kind and accomodating.

Cons: I wish i knew earlier that there is a discount with merano spa, maybe would be good to send that info to cuatomers in private message at the moment of booking.

Pros: Wonderful cozy room with astonishing view from balcony. Location is great! Breakfast was wonderful. Parking is next to the entrance.

Cons: No restaurant for dinner, however there are some options next to the hotel. Dogs are not allowed in breakfast room, only outside.

Pros: Tutto perfetto dalla pulizia alla gentilezza dei proprietari. Ti senti come a casa. Bella anche la parte della SPA e idromassaggo esterno

Cons: Ad alcuni ospiti potrebbe non piacere la moquette in camera la mancanza dell’ascensore ma per noi non sono stati un problema

Pros: Posizione fantastica con una splendida vista sulla Conca di Merano, facilmente raggiungibile anche con una bella passeggiata a piedi lungo la Tappeinerweg

Cons: Pulizia impeccabile, colazione varia sia dolce che salata di ottima qualità. Personale gentilissimo che ci ha omaggiato di una bottiglia di spumante per il compleanno di mia moglie
