AKI Family Resort PLOSE

There was nothing not to like! It was the best family hotel we have ever stayed in!

Pros: Aki has spoiled us and our daughter for all future hotels :)! I had very high hopes as we were staying for Christmas day and all expectations were exceeded. We had the trip of a lifetime and had a stay we will never forget. Loved the rooms, the staff, the food was incredible, the facilities and all of the activities! We made amazing lifetime memories and met some fantastic people.

Cons: It could have snowed more. Lol! And wish we stayed longer. Next time!!

Perfect place for families!

Pros: Wonderful hotel for families. They have daily program. Our kids enjoyed making butter, walking with Alpacas, making cocktails. The food was great and the staff is very attentive. There is also a washing machine, i found it very handy.

Perfect get away in the mountains.

Incredible family holiday in the mountains

Pros: Everything about our holiday at AKI was wonderful, the staff, food, kids club, pools and slides, outdoor play, sauna- I could go on and on. I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of booking. Our children 4, 7 and 10years old had the best time here. The views are incredible and there is the option to be as active as you like with the free bike hire and shuttle to the Plose gondola. The yoga pavilion and spa were excellent and the kids club team really entertained, with activities that ticked all the boxes. Also a shout out for the family yoga sessions which were fab!

Cons: Everything was great. If I had to make a suggestion it would be for adult yoga sessions to start slightly earlier, an 8am session would be impossible for me with the children wanting to eat breakfast at that time. A 7am session would have been perfect. 👌

Wonderful, fun filled family resort in a fantastic location.

Pros: The pools and spa facilities were amazing. Our children loved the water slides, and the kids clubs had wonderful outdoor, creative activities. The view from our bedroom, and from our terrace was absolutely stunning. All meals were delicious with varied options each evening for dinner.

Pros: We had an excellent family stay at this hotel! The kids absolutely loved every moment, from the thoughtfully designed play areas to the engaging activities. The infant area was outstanding — clean, safe, and stocked with everything a family with a baby could possibly need, from cribs to bottle warmers. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the family-friendly amenities made traveling with young children so much easier. Highly recommend for families looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay — we’ll definitely be back!

Cons: No AC - but hotel provided plenty of fans so at night weather was reasonable.

Perfect resort for a family getaway

Pros: Modern chic + all inclusive resort (except for alcohol). Amenities and entertainment for kids were excellent my child had such a good time he doesn’t want to leave. Staff was very helpful and went the extra mile to help us with queries, they remember your requests and follow up well.

Cons: Nothing to dislike but if they could arrange some excursions for adults to other parts of Dolomites would be great!

Fabulous in every way.

Pros: The scenery is out of this world. The staff are fantastic. Everything was just perfect.
