Modern and well equipped apartment within walking distance from the centre and Alpe Cermis cable car

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious apartment, located 10 minutes from the town’s centre by foot. Very well equipped, nicely furnished and modern. Nice view, own parking spot. Attractive price compared to other apartments in the area. And we received a farewell gift.

Cons: The beds were uncomfortable and rather short, so were the pillows. The internet access was additionally charged, which was a surprise. The bed sheets were also an additional cost as pers house regulations. I would definitely prefer for all these prices to be included in the total amount, not additionally charged. The check-out time is early, i.e. until 9 am, so make sure to remember that.

Great view, warm and quiet location.

Pros: Very clean and spacious, well heated, no problems with the cold. The parking was a great plus for us. The view was also great. The building is well isolated so you won't hear any noise from other apartments. This is a great plus compared to a hotel where you can hear ski boots on the hallway early in the morning.

Pros: Struttura pulita, recente e ordinata, corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. A 10 minuti in macchina dagli impianti di risalita del Cermis e a 20 minuti in macchina dagli impianti di risalita di Oclini, vicina al centro raggiungibile in 10/15 minuti a piedi.
