Beautiful views and great place for a family stay

Pros: It’s a lovely place with everything well thought of. Both my kids enjoyed the facilities that were there. The swimming pool, sauna, lovely walks around the area, beautiful outdoor play area for children with an amazing Mountain View’s. Lovely view from our balcony. The staff are extremely helpful and wonderful all throughout. My young daughter enjoyed the kids activities that was carefully planned over the Christmas time. We had a really memorable and enjoyable time. We are close to the slopes. We will definitely come back.

Cons: We haven’t been to the main restaurant as it is always full. The other restaurant has very limited choices for meals and since not much options that are close by, we have to travel a bit of a distance to get a decent dinner. Christmas dinner options was underwhelming, it could have been done better in terms of what they offer as mains, etc. Apart from that, we had a lovely time.

Pros: Location was amazing as well as the hotel itself in terms of layout and the space. Very family friendly.

Cons: If you’re staying in the residence you don’t get a ‘hotel’ service, for example, we asked for clean towels and were not given them. Had to pay and extra €5 per towel. I was told if I wanted clean towels I could wash them. I just don’t think that’s right.

A cozy hotel in a beautiful location on the hill with a warm indoor pool and good options for kids play.

Pros: Beautiful location, friendly staff, warm pool and sauna, good food, there were lot of options for kids play.

Cons: No WiFi in the double bedroom apartment.

Pros: Our family absolutely loved this hotel! All the services were at a high level, and we especially enjoyed the kids’ playroom and the spa treatments. The pool and sauna were fantastic, with a breathtaking view from the steam room. We highly recommend this place, especially for families with children. We will definitely come back!

Pros: property was excellent for families. kids have all kind of facilities and staff taking care of them. Location is in q small village that has many local restaurants around that are delicious. guests can even rent packs and trolleys for kids.

Cons: impossible to arrive there without a car and way up is full of curves. restaurant doesn’t have too much variety. gym in summer is literal a sauna. that underground floor needs AC in summer time

Pros: We liked this place very much. I have read many comments about cleanliness, personal and some broken things in the room. I think since that comments there was a work done under mistakes, because everything was good. Our room was clean with white linen, everything worked properly, the staff was friendly. But especially we liked the location among mountains with that view and many many bonuses you have here - many things for children like swiming -pool, mini-club, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, free parking etc. Notice, that It is a family hotel with many families with children, so if you are looking for a calm stay, this place is not for you. I also don't advice to go here without car.

Cons: You will hear your noisy neighbours and their snore too.

Pros: It is perfect family hotel. You have very large play room for kids with lot of different toys and activities. Swimming pool is just perfect for kids. Not really useful for regular swimming. Very nice sauna is part of the swimming pool. Ski bus departing from the hotel to Alpe Cermis and back whole day. All and all, best value for the money...

Cons: Rooms are bit noisy.

Amazing hotel for families who was to enjoy the snow and relax in the hotel

Pros: What a lovely experience... great location amazing facilities and staff! The pool, kids area and rooms are all so perfect for a family vacation! The children loved every minute and so did we!

Cons: The food was not the best and the quality for the price was not very balanced. We didn't have the breakfast and the pizzas were very good and well priced. The shower leaked a little so it was not easy to Keep the bathroom clean

Buona struttura tuttofare, ottima se si trova l'offerta.

Pros: Residence completo di tutto, bar, ristorante, noleggio sci, piscina, sauna, zona wellness e zone relax (e probabilmente anche di altro che in un weekend non abbiamo notato). Monolocale ristrutturato molto carino.

Cons: I parcheggi esterni non sono tantissimi. Zona piscina molto frequentata da bambini, peccato manchi una vasca idromassaggio nella zona wellness in modo che chi cerca tranquillità e silenzio possa usufruirne. Alcuni appartamenti sono ristrutturati (non accettano animali), altri sono più datati (accettano animali).
