Pros: Nice views from the room, spacious apartment, had everything we need.. Spa area and pool are fine also. We enjoyed the children play room, as we were there with a 2 year old.

Pros: I loved the apartment: it was spacious, exceptionally clean, and soundproofed well. The sauna and pool are included in the price. The pool is spacious, perfect for children to swim in, while the sauna is more suitable for adults to relax. It's conveniently located for strolling around the city center or going out for dinner in the evening. The view is excellent and it's just a short drive from the ski lifts (5-10 minutes by car). The staff responds to all requests promptly and is very polite and understanding.
Cons: It's not a problem, but I'd like to point out that there's no elevator to the upper floors; the lights in the stairs turn off automatically, so you have to use a flashlight to get to the third floor; and there aren't enough plates and cups (I'm sure this can be fixed). These are the little things I'd nitpick if I had to be too picky, but overall, it's a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

Great place to stay for visiting Dolomites
Pros: Great location, stunning views, and a large balcony perfect for breakfast and dinner. The apartment was super clean and tidy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Guest Card included! We loved Tesero, and the value for money was excellent. Easy check-in and check-out. We'll be back.

Great place to stay at Trentino
Pros: Great location, the view is great with a great balcony to enjoy at breakfast and at night. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind to provide recommendations. We loved the town of Tesero and the price-value relationship was great
Cons: Lack of basic kitchen supplies such as oil, salt, sugar, and coffe

Excellent apartment complex with wonderful community atmosphere - great Western Dolomites base!
Pros: Residence Lagorai offers a fantastic stay in the beautiful Dolomites region! The location in Tesero is excellent for mountain activities. What truly sets this place apart is the wonderful community atmosphere - the complex feels like a small local neighborhood with beautiful gardens, lawns, and BBQ areas where guests naturally gather, chat, and help each other. It creates such a warm, friendly environment that you feel like part of a close-knit community. The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and feature very comfortable beds. The complex also boasts a nice spa center and indoor pool, which we unfortunately couldn't use much due to our hiking schedule (operating hours overlapped with our mountain adventures). Perfect base for exploring the Dolomites!
Cons: The main issue is the parking situation. While the parking area is large with plenty of spaces, it's uncontrolled and often occupied by non-guests. After returning from long hikes, we frequently found no available spots despite having booked three rooms for 18 people with only two cars - clearly many vehicles belonged to outsiders rather than hotel guests. This was quite frustrating after tiring mountain days.

An excellent option for larger families.
Pros: Top location, spacey, comfortable studio fitting our 6 person-large family. With two bathrooms, and and three bedrooms there were no space issue.
Cons: The kitchen equipment was pretty modest as compared to even camping place mobile home: lack of scissors, only a little mocca coffee maker etc. The beds could definitely be better - a lack of sleeping comfort.The parking lot is a disaster - super small as for an SUV, and always crowded. Overall , quite pricy but understandable for the nice region's level.The rest was perfect.

Amazing interiors and epic balcony view
Pros: Well organized and maintained studio apartments. Every detail is taken into consideration in the amenities. Balcony Mountain View was amazing. The furnishing was perfect.
Cons: Parking availability could be hard if arrived late at night during peak season.

Pros: We are in this residence already 3rd time, we like spa, location, personal. All is good. Close to ski lifts.
Cons: Parking slot is awful. You should change parking slots to angle. In many cases it is impossible ti Leave parking . Our car was damaged by someone.

Pros: Everything was fine... Also big thanks to staff that worked at recepcion. This beautifull girl was very helpfull and saved me some appreciated time. We will come again next year.
Cons: I just didn't like sleaping bed in livingroom but I understand so I gave 10*
