Great stay :)

Pros: The place is beautiful, the rooms are new and have been refurbished recently. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is amazing, and the staff are really really nice and kind.

Cons: The A/C was set to hot for us , even bringing it to 21, it was always 25. Too hot for our preference. No internet coverage in our room at all. Wifi never worked in our stay.

Stay for 4 days in May

Pros: The pool and the garden are really great. Breakfast includes a lot of different things really great. The staff is very friendly and its a very easy going location.

Cons: The rooms are a little bit old, but very clean. They offer electric charging for cars, but there is only a custom plug available, there is no charging station.

Pros: The staff and accommodations were beyond what we expected. We will definitely come back. We had not been to Merano before and the city was gorgeous - we ran out of time to do everything we wanted. We will stay longer next time!

Perfect hotel that make you feel like home.

Pros: Very nice hotel, quiet with a beautiful garden. We stayed for 5 days in a studio with kitchen, spacious with stunning view of the Alps. It was very hot and humid, no air conditioning but we got a fan and it was fine. The staff is so friendly and helpful. 15 min walk in a city center, all is so pretty and peaceful that it feels like 5 min. Merano is so beautiful it’s feels like a fairytale.

5 stars relax

Pros: To start with, the friendliness with a nice smile from Fabio. Everything was impeccable and well maintained. The room was just like in the photos, the lighting was great! The entire garden is dedicated to relaxation! Excellent breakfast with homemade and regional products Gitti and Christine were super friendly, kind and very attentive to the customer. We will definitely be back.

Cons: To say something, It seems to me that time moves faster in this hotel.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Pros: Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende in Meran, um unsere Hochzeit zu feiern, und das Hotel hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht. Das Personal ist unendlich freundlich und hat uns zur Feier des Tages mit extra Aufmerksamkeiten und perfektem Service einiges vom Hochzeitsstress abgenommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Super Ferienwoche!

Pros: Die sehr familiäre Athmosphäre und natürlich das ausserordentlich gute Frühstücksbuffet haben es uns sehr angetan. Daneben haben wir es genossen, nach einem Tagesausflug noch den Gartenpool benützen zu können.

Cons: Da fällt uns gar nichts ein!
