Outstanding hotel for family ski trip and Merano tour

Pros: The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, situated in the heart of old Merano. Right at the doorstep, there are several restaurants, sightseeing attractions, public transportation options, the Christmas Market, hiking trails, and more. There is a nearby bus stop with direct connections to the ski resort and the train station, both reachable within a few minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay as a family of three. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Best location, very tidy room ! Morden decorations with comfortable bed. Bathroom is big with all necessity. The whole service team is warmhearted . We enjoyed very much our stay , we loved the breakfast every morning and we will definitely come again .

Fantastic place to stay with very friendly staff.

Pros: Great apartment, very friendly staff and good location. Extra special treatment as they very kindly made my husband a birthday cake.

Cons: Was a bit too hot in the apartment and air-con not fully working.

Super location, great stuff and lots of history

Pros: We loved the location and the 500 year old house. The owners renovated the whole place. Breakfast was out of this world. The stuff was super friendly.

Cons: How to get to the house with a car is not easy. There is a video....but it is in fast mode and if you don´t know the area it is kind of frustrating. The house is located in a restricted zone where cars are not supposed to drive. Maybe a map where to go would be better. It could have been also us not being prepared.....the place is an absolutely a must to go and stay.

Wonderful experience 😀☀️

Pros: Location was perfect to explore Meran. Everything was within walking distance. We could store our bikes safely in the garage and charge the ebike there. We even got our clothes washed and dried😀. Thomas and his mother were extremely friendly and helpful and we had nice chats. For breakfast there was plenty of fresh fruit, cake, and self grown tomatoes 👌🏻. The apartment was perfectly renovated and absolutely comfortable.
