Very good value for money!

Pros: Very comfortable, very clean (newly decorated). Apartment in excellent central position. We parked free in the car-park near the main station , which is only a 12-minute walk from the apartment. Perfect!

Cons: Everything was fine!

Pros: The location was dreamlike, just 20 metres from the most beautiful street in Merano, Via Portico. The room was not really large but totally enough for a solo traveler. What I also enjoyed was the TV set with only Italian programmes.

Perfect base for the chirstmas market!

Pros: The location was perfect for access to the town and markets. It was easy to find and my young daughter was even able to find the street by remembering the sign at the end of the lane.

Cons: It was very warm when sleeping with the heat working and the duvets. (this is only a problem for me as most would call it cozy!)

Pros: Once again, it was awesome. Last time we were there, we were situated on the fourth floor. This time we were on first, which we appreciated more. The apartment had four beds, a fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. The lady that checked us in was very kind and explained everything. But the biggest advantage this apartment has - it is situated right in the heart of Merano. It is close to everywhere - friday markets, saturday markets, Trautmannsdorf, the nature and of course the city Centre.

Pros: The room was totally fine for the two of us. Enough space and very convenient location to the center of town.

Cons: Kettle didn't work and towels very small.

Pros: The location and overall facility was absolutely great - everything was clean and everything that was needed was there. It is located directly in the center. Despite that, it was very secluded and calm.

Recommended for city center stay, especially without car

Pros: great location, spacious room, very friendly and sophisticated owner

Cons: Breakfast, luggage room and parking not available. Other city contacts finally told us about free parking at the main station after lots of own research. Since parking in the price garages (nearly 30€/night) isnt insured either, there's no real security benefit of parking there.
