Great stay close to Cassiano downtown

Pros: It was very clean! Staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good, although the same every day. Furniture is classic Austrian but refreshed and nice looking. Spa was great, everything you need after hole day on the slopes.

Cons: Bed was too short for me and I’m 185cm tall.

A very good experience,we’ll recommend it,we will return for sure next year.

Pros: I had a really nice time at the Villa Flora Mountain Lodges. We stayed in the quiet season, so the Sauna was only open on request, but It wasn't a problem. Breakfast was really nice, and the rooms were very clean.

Cons: The desk staff could have been a little bit more attentive, but I think towards the end of the season everyone is looking for a break.

Pros: The room was nice and clean. The accommodation is located in a very nice location, near a cable car.

Cons: During our stay there was a strange odor in the steam sauna (hammam) and therefore literally no one wanted to be there. I would recommend to use some scent there or deal with the odor somehow (on the other hand the finnish/dry sauna was nice with great pine needle scent).

Pros: Fantastic location. Lovely staff who gave us lots of ideas for walks. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. Lots of storage space, with lots of room in the apartment. The apartment was cleaned daily.

Cons: The kitchen equipment was a bit limited. It would have been helpful to have instructions for the microwave/oven. The sofa bed cushions slipped when using it as a sofa. We didn’t use it as a bed

Pros: Very easy to find as there is a large sign on the street. On our arrival we were upgraded to apartment for free. As there was no season we were asked if we wanted to use wellness center and it was ready in 30 mins after our request. Apartment was very well planned and there was everything you need for longer stays. At breakfast we were very well looked after and there was a wide selection of foods even if you are not tolerant to certain food types.

Pros: We got an upgrade from the most basic room to an entire apartment with the incredible view. Staff is very nice and helpful. Spa is great but operating only 4-8pm.

Cons: Bed is quite uncomfortable. Spa works only 4 hours. Good local breakfast but not a lot of choice and everyday the same. I recommend more egg choices and bacon:)

Wonderful hotel in a stunning location

Pros: Wow! What an absolutely fabulous place....! We upgraded to the Panorama Suite about an hour after arriving and it was worth every penny. 100% recommended, if available. The view from the balconies is wonderful. Manuel was the perfect GM and so helpful, always with a smile - he made us feel so welcome. Thank you, Manuel. In fact all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is first-class with local produce and a wide choice. The Wellness Suite is very clean and well equipped. The whole building and gardens are maintained to a super high-standard. We extended our stay and really didn't want to leave! Absolutely 💯 recommended.

Cons: Nothing. One of the very best places we've stayed at on our travels!
