Beautiful hotel made even more perfect by the welcome received by Alma

Pros: Alma was so welcoming even before we arrived checking in with us on WhatsApp! So attentive making sure our stay was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was brilliant with a variety of different pastries and cakes every day. Great location for accessing everything in the Dolomites, we will definitely be back if we are in the area again. We loved our stay!

Pros: A secluded location, in a natural setting where birds are the only ones disturbing the peace. There is access by car to the property. Parking is in a covered and well-secured garage. The breakfast can satisfy even the most picky eaters. I leave it to you to discover the delights. Unfortunately we did not take advantage of the sauna and the natural pool but I promise we will return. The hosts are very hospitable and eager to help in any way.

Overall an amazing stay and I can’t recommend this place enough. Everything about this place is just so wholesome.

Pros: We LOVED this place and highly recommend!!! Firstly, Alma is an incredible host and made us feel so welcome. She also helped us a lot with recommendations and was accommodating throughout our whole stay (5 nights). The accommodation itself is incredible and looks exactly like photos, if not better. Only 5 apartments so feels intimate and safe. The rooms are spacious, practical layout, very clean and is more like a serviced apartment. It was such a treat to come back “home” after long hikes. There is also a shared gym/washing machine/sauna which was lovely - small but the basics are met. Our favourite part was the daily breakfast - fresh milk, eggs, homemade jams. Good restaurants nearby too (Mumant out favourite). Oh, and the view is AMAZING 🤩

Cons: Just be mindful of when you visit as if road 37 is closed, it’s a detour to get to places like Cortina (adds ~40min to your drive).

A memorable stay. We wish we had stayed longer!

Pros: Everything about this property was second to none. Location was superb and accessible to many hiking trails in the area. Views were sublime and unforgettable! Facilities were absolutely fantastic and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and offered an array of foods including home grown and produced product.

Pros: Beautiful stay in the Dolomites. Hosts have thought of everything. Amazing room and facilities. Breakfast included was delicious and all our needs were met. Close to town but slightly removed so it was very peaceful.

Best experience of my life

Pros: Beautiful surrondings and house. So clean and well lokkes after. The sauna and bath was amazing and with the most stunning view. The breakfast was the best I've ever eaten and the staff was so kind and helpful with whatever you needed. Hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had. Coming back next year!!!

Amazing stay

Pros: We had the best stay! The sauna and lake were so lovely to use, the view was amazing. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast had everything!! Highly recommend

Cons: Not an issue for us, just note it is up a steep hill (but that’s what makes the view so good!)

Superb!

Pros: Cleanliness, modern and well equipped with quality and stylish decor. Very well facilitated, both in-room and communal area. Love the sauna and excellent breakfast choices. Beautiful mountain views and relaxing surroundings. Alma and her staff are top hosts.

Cons: May be a chrome cast would be beneficial if guests want to cast their Spotify or Netflix on their own choosing. Personally, we don’t enjoy the long and challenging drive on the mountaineous roads so we found it a bit inconvenient to do daily drive to Seceda and Alpi Di Suisi. But if you enjoy driving, Surega is the place to be for comfort, great hospitality and top notched relaxing base in the Dolomites.
