Pros: Locazione modesta ma ben distribuita. Secondo piano servito da ascensore. Cucina piccola ma funzionale. In centro vicino a supermercato, fermata autobus, pizzeria, con parcheggio riservato

Cons: Non dico un clima ma un ventilatore sarebbe funzionale e anche un fornetto. D'obbligo dovrebbe essere il phono...ma non c'era
