Pros: Really neat small apartment located less than 10 minutes from the train station and the city centre. The apartment has everything I needed for my stay. The area has a lot of good hiking trails.

Cons: The bed was a bit on the short size for me 1.9 m. The fridge was very noisy and with everything in the same room it would sometimes make it difficult to fall asleep.

Pros: Roomy, comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped, bathroom good, windows you could open. Fantastic location to train/bus station and old town. Easy to meet with private owner & access, thru ph or WhatsApp.

Cons: Would be good to explain how to exit building downstairs via door release button, not key. What is expected with disposal of rubbish?

Great stay for public transport using hikers

Pros: The location was great as we didn't need our own transport. We could walk to the central station or the cable car easily. There were also plenty of excellent restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The place has a full kitchen too which was useful.

Cons: The only down side was since it was very warm during our stay we needed to keep the windows open at night, however there is a bar and a road nearby that were sometimes noisy. This wasn't an issue when the windows were closed though as they isolate the sound well.

Pros: Sin dudas la ubicación (a metros del centro histórico y relativamente cerca de la estación de trenes) y la amabilidad de Max, el anfitrión, hacen que la propiedad sea recomendable para quien quiera visitar Bolzano

Zweckmäßiges Einraum-Apartment beim Batzen Bräu

Pros: Zweckmäßiges Einraum-Apartment (Bett, Küchenzeile, Esstisch, Couch) mit eigenem Badezimmer (Dusche&WC) und großem Deckenventilator. Die Lage um's Eck vom Batzen Bräu war für mich sehr praktisch, und generell ist alles in der Innenstadt sowie Bahnhof und Rittner Seilbahn in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons: Durchlüften nachts nur bedingt möglich: nur straßenseitiges Fenster mit Verkehrslärm ab ca 6:30 (Müllabfuhr etc), aber mit Ohrstöpsel und Deckenventilator erträglich.

Cons: - Mängel bei der Sauberkeit: klebender Boden!, dreckige Ecken, Flecken im Kühlschrank - Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig - Küchenausstattung etwas spärlich (z.B. keine Müslischüsseln)
