Comfortable apartment located in the heart of the Old City

Pros: The apartment is located in the charming old city centre within minutes walk of shops, cafe bars and restaurants. It is easy access to transport links including Bolzano Bozen mainline station which is within walking distance . I understand that there is also parking close but at extra cost. The apartment was compact clean & comfortable. The bed was comfy. I visited during the winter and found the apartment to be very warm and cozy.

Cons: The area is in a pedestrianised area of the old City, therefore shops and bars tend to get deliveries outside hours of business when the streets are empty. That meant there was noise in the street early in the morning. I was also surprised that there was noise in the evening as some of the Cafe Bars & restaurants have outside tables. I visited in February and didn’t expect to hear noise from the street at night. This usually ended around midnight with a crescendo of loud voices as the businesses closed for the evening. At other times the street was very quiet The apartment has no kitchen facilities for cooking, or preparing food only a Kettle for heating water and a small refrigerator. I had to go out to eat during my stay. There are lots of stairs up to the apartment with no elevator (lift). It was difficult getting luggage to and from the apartment. Despite these issues, I would stay here again but only for a short visit, less than a week’, as I found it to be generally comfortable and in a good location for exploring the City.

Pros: Directly in the city center, just a few steps to reach out everything. Very clean, modern design.

Cons: Nothing.

A fabulous stay in Bolzano

Pros: Apartment was clean and spacious. Having the balcony to sit on was a bonus. Our requests were responded to. Alex was a great host. In the heart of town close to great restaurants, bars and shops. Easy parking system with an adjoining hotel.

Cons: Everything was great.

Great apartments

Pros: The host was very nice and helpful. The apartments were clean and there was everything you need. Really close to the city center and good restaurants. I highly recommend it ☺️

Central location

Pros: Excellent location and easy check-in. Everything within walking distance Comfortable and quiet for two people.

Cons: Everything was fine. A light bulb had gone which was a minor frustration.

Nice few days in Bolzano as a base for visiting the Dolomites

Pros: Perfect location in the old town. Lovely apartment with cute balcony. Nicely decorated with comfortable bed

Cons: The kitchen only had a 2 ring hob, with no oven, toaster or microwave which made cooking meals difficult. I asked at reception whether they could supply me with a toaster to use for my stay but was told no.

Great base for exploring Bolzano and the northern Dolomites.

Pros: Location- walking distance to everything. Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Sofa bed was very comfortable.

Cons: A little small for a family of 4 - but extra space to store baggage was a bonus.

Pros: Great location, very clean and comfortable apartment.

Cons: It was extremely noisy when the windows were open, which made it difficult to sleep. But if you don't mind sleeping with the air conditioning on, everything is perfect! :)

Pros: Really beautiful with everything you need in it! The bed and the sheets so comfortable. I didn’t want to go back home!
