Neat little apartment, great location

Pros: Modern studio-style apartment, very clean and fully furnished. The owners were very friendly and provided all the necessary information. The location is great, right in the town center. Perfect accommodation for a short stay to enjoy the hidden gem that Bolzano is.

Pros: Apartment is in perfect place - in the center of Bolzano, close to the train station, no need for the car at all - you can walk around the town easy. Host was very friendly, I haven't met him, the check-in/check-out process was very easy and smooth. We had nice dinner in one of Matteo's recommended places. Apartment had everything for several day stay. I would definitely stay there next time if will be visiting Bolzano.

Pros: The apartment is located in the old town and close to the station plus the supermarket is next door, very convenient. The apt was very clean and everything provided. Matteo, the host is so helpful and ready for any quries. He allowed us to leave luggages at the apt after check out. We were so impressed and i do recomnend this apartment and if we have chance to come back to bolzano we will stay at this apt again

Nice apartment closer to the Bolzano station

Pros: We were looking for a one-night stay close to Bolzano station on our last day of the Dolomites trip. We were very satisfied with the stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was only a 10-minute walk from the station. The owner was very responsive and gave us very clear instructions for the check-in.

Cons: The apartment is on the third floor (for non-Americans, that’s the second floor, but you get the point :)), and it was a bit of trouble for us to carry the luggage (we had two large suitcases) upstairs without an elevator.

Pros: Good location. 5 minutes to the train station. Beautiful room with a balcony and kitchen.

Cons: There's no elevator so that we need to walk to the second floor.

Very pleasant and can recommend this property.

Pros: Nice apartment with all you need and nice and clean.

Cons: We wanted to use the washing machine (only one machine for all guests) however other guests left their clothes in the machine for 6-7 hours. We think that you should tell guests to consider that others may want to use the machine also.

Pros: Apartment was beautiful, well equiped and right in the centre if Old Town Bolzano. Lovely balcony to have breakfast on and admire the mountains beyond. Host was very helpful. Lovely stay.
