Bolzano 2-Room Central Mountain View

Beautifully central, clean apartment

Pros: Perfect location right in the centre of Bolzano. Easy check-in process and responsive/helpful host. The apartment was better/bigger than we expected from the photos. The was able to accomodate an early check-in on the day which was greatly appreciated.

Cons: Unfortunately the air conditioning is not in the bedroom which gets quite hot. It is centrally managed but doesn’t appear to get as cold as you set on the monitor. Beware that on Saturday’s the check-in is 17:00; the latest I’ve ever seen and found in the fine print. The shower drain wasn’t draining which needs servicing. There was not enough toilet paper or dishwashing tablets provided, 1.5 for 3 adults staying 4 days.

Very satisfied, excellent option in Bolzano!

Pros: O enjoyed very much the spaces, cleaness and host details such as coffe capsules, a welcoming wine, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Check in and check out was very easy. Location is very very convenient. Good wi-fi. Nice and modern. I would have like to have a cover sheet for the bed ;) I really recommend this place!

Cons: I would have liked to have a cover sheet on the bed, but everything was perfect!!

Pros: Avevo prenotato a inizio Gennaio ed il giorno prima (meno di 24h di anticipo) ho richiesto posticipo perché malato. Il proprietario mi ha risposto velocemente e fornito nuova disponibilità, anche con rimborso per la differenza di prezzo. Nulla da dire, già questo vale il massimo della valutazione. Per il resto appartamento perfetto, pulito, vicinissimo al centro.

Pros: Apartamento completo mucho más hermoso y espacioso en persona, muy limpio la ubicación perfecta en pleno centro y cerca de la estación, las instrucciones para entrar eran super claras y fáciles, de tener que regresar a Bolzano lo haría felizmente en este apartamento.

Cons: Todo perfecto

地理位置优越，距离车站不远，设施齐全，有电梯，房东沟通及时

Pros: 地理位置很不错，位于商业中心，购物吃饭都很方便。 有电梯，带行李也很方便。烹饪的工具很齐全，能自己做饭吃。房子打扫很干净。

Cons: 没有洗衣机，没有晾晒衣服的地方。

Cocon au coeur de Bolzano

Pros: Emplacement parfait, hote disponible. Informations tres claires pour un check in/out en toute autonomie. Appartement confortable et bien équipé. Parfait pour rayonner et faire des via/rando dans la région et retrouver le soir une ville tres agréable

Pros: 기차역에서 가깝고 체크인과 체크아웃이 쉬워요. 문자로 친절하게 안내해줘요. 사진보다 넓고 쾌적했어요. 아주 조용하고 슈퍼도 바로 앞에 있어요. 볼차노 패스 유용하게 썼어요.

Cons: 비가 와서인지 7월 말인데도 좀 추웠어요. 옆방과 에어컨 조절기를 같이 써야해요. 썰렁한데 우리가 에어컨을 꺼도 옆방에서 켰고, 이불은 하나밖에 없어 조금 불편했어요.

Ci si sente a casa: comodità e conforts top!

Pros: Ci sono tutte le comodità (eccetto il microonde che consiglierei di aggiungere) per vivere a pieno la casa, specie se si vuole cucinare. Posizione centrale e casa pulita. Ottimo il Wi-Fi e la tv Smart

Pros: Tutto,nonostante un problema con asciugami sempre presenti e pronti a risolvere ogni problema. Un plauso a Chiara la proprietaria.
