Park Residence Apartments

Pros: The location of the apartment and the luxurious bedroom. Furthermore, we did appreciate the choice for furniture and textile colours (drapes and cushions) in the entire apartment. And, above all, the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful!!!

Cons: While some elements in the apartment are clearly stupendous (e.g., the extremely elegant bedroom), some elements are under the level at which the apartment is priced. For example, despite the bathroom being extremely spacious, it was fitted with a cramped shower. Also, the bathroom could be fitted with curtains for privacy. To conclude with, the internet connection was quite unstable (we had to reboot the router twice during our stay).

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a great location within the old town of Bolzano. Easy access to train, restaurants, shops and surrounding wineries.

Great place in old city. Easy to access key attractions in the alps by car from here.

Pros: Central and in the old city. Everything walking distance. Parking in connected building. We used is a base to visit key locations/hikes in the Dolomites (by car)

Great place for a long stay in Bolzano

Pros: On the whole we were happy with this spacious apartment on the pedestrianised street, close to a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and numerous shops, as well as being only a few minutes from Walther Platz, the heart of Bolzano. It’s close to the railway and bus stations too. The apartment is well set up, comfortable, with a large table and good wi-fi, a small kitchen and a small balcony. The bathroom is fine but there was a problem with the track of one of the shower doors. The main drawback of this apartment is that the bedroom is up a flight of stairs and there is no handrail to hang on to – scary for an older traveller like me. This was not made clear in the Booking.com entry. There is a washing machine but only a clothes horse to dry on. There is no safe. We can recommend Alessandro’s Italy Dolomites tours for a great day out. Love Bolzano!

Pros: Everything with this property was on the mark, central location yet very quiet, very clean and well maintained. I complain, but there is nothhing to complain about with this one. Value for money was good given the going rate in this area. The host also very nice, talkitive and helpful.

Pros: We were very surprised to find this wonderful accommodation in Bolzano. We got a perfect stay and excellent service. First of all, the management of the apartment will carefully explain to you the various aspects of the apartment and what kind of tour routes you can get in this beautiful place. This apartment is luxuriously decorated, equipped with high-end furniture, the area is very large, if you walk here at the train station, it only takes about 6 minutes, very convenient. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. You can eat and talk with your friends on the balcony, which is a wonderful feeling. This is a great accommodation to explore the area and the staff will be there to answer your questions. This is a great place to stay as a family and I would highly recommend it to my friends who are coming to the area in the future.
