Pros: Great place to stay for one night. Close to the station

Pros: We spent one day and night for a stopover and the place was perfect for it. Close to train Station, City and cable Car to the Mountains in a quiet street. Small shared kitchenette for all needs, very friendly and informative host.

Great value for money in a good location.

Pros: Very reasonable, simple room in a shared apartment. Great value for the budget conscious travelling just looking for a clean, safe place to stay.

Excellent location, clean and good value

Pros: Location was excellent. Just a short walk from the train station and the city center. It was relatively quiet. The beds were comfortable. While we didn't use the facilities, the shared kitchenette is a good plus point. Communication with the host was very smooth; host was very responsive with prompt replies. The host was also kind enough to store my luggage when I arrived earlier than the check-in time.

Cons: The booking is actually for a room within an apartment with a shared kitchenette and not the entire apartment to ourselves. Perhaps this could have been stated more clearly in the description.

Pros: la host è stata super disponibile per qualunque richiesta anche extra e molto molto gentile. la struttura è vicina a ogni punto di interesse, alla stazione e alla funicolare per Oberbozen quindi la posizione è ottimA. nei dintorni anche ristoranti pizzerie e supermercati. la stanza era pulita spazioSa e c'era l possibilità di cucinarsi nella cucina adiacente quindi molto comodo e pratico.

Cons: niente tutto perfetto

Pros: Gut gelegen mit kostenlosem Parkplatz; kleine Gemeinschaftsküche mit vorhandenen Kaffe/Tee-Utensilien und zwei Kochplatten/Kühlschrank. Liegt ebenerdig an einer stärker befahrenen Straße, die Fenster sind allerdings sehr gut gedämmt.

Ottima posizione.

Pros: Posizione vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria. Le camere si trovano in un palazzo, al piano rialzato (pochi scalini per la valigia). La proprietaria, a seguito di messaggio ci ha sttesi sul posto e in poco tempo eravamo in possesso della camera. Tutto molto pulito, letto abbastanza comodo, armadio spazioso e scrivania. A disposizione degli ospiti angolo cucina con bollitore e frigorifero.

Cons: Manca solo il bidet..
