Pros: Great little place- in a lovely town. Walking distance to just about everything you would need in the town. Comfortable and very clean.

Cons: Nothing really. A few basic items like some salt, pepper would be a helpful addition in the kitchen.

Pros: Easy access to the building and apartment. Very light and airy inside. Separate bedroom and living area. Small but adequate kitchen. Water pressure very good. Wifi was excellent.

Pros: A tidy little apartment and well-located to explore Bolzano. It was quite well equipped (although no washing machine) and the owner provided some great suggestions for things to do and places to visit.

Cons: Honestly, not much!

Pros: The location was very convenient and the apartment very comfortable. Our host met us, helped us with our bags and gave us a great deal of very useful information about the area and restaurants etc.

Great apartment close to everything.

Pros: Our stay here was great. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. It was within easy walking distance of the train station, town centre & tourist attractions.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Well located, modern apartment. Large bedroom and extra sofa bed still had enough room for 4 adults comfortably. Excellent communication and introduction by the host. Highly recommended.

Cons: Washing machine facilities would have topped it off.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Bolzano! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the funivia, train station, and all the main attractions in the city. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. Communication with the host was very good; he was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly. If we ever have the chance to return to Bolzano, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay clean and well located great host

Pros: The location was fantastic close to the train and bus station, very close to the cable car. Close to two supermarkets and very close to several restaurants and take a way restaurants. Room was very clean and well set out, apartment was quite large. Beds very comfortable pillows very good. Well equipped kitchen, including a microwave and kettle as well as a coffee maker (filtered). Host met us at the property with the keys and explained everything, as well as gave us good info on local sights.

Cons: No issues with the comfort or apartment just one small problem. Had to pay cash for property, this is fine by us but I did not notice this mentioned in the booking or other information provided prior to arrival. This would be good to mention before arrival.
