Communicates is top notch.

Pros: Apartment was very near the centre. Lots of shops in the area for things needed. The person in charge communicated really well, sending pictures on where the car park is situated with the code, very detailed on how to get the keys. And if have problems, they responded really quickly especially when i have things i want to clarify.

Cons: Nothing. All positive experienced.

Great place if you like to walk!

Pros: It was clean, well equiped, and with a nice view. It even had washing machine!

Cons: The location is a bit far from the city center, train and bus station, if you don't like to walk. but it has stores and places to eat close enough.

Pros: I had a room on the 3. floor with the balcon looking to tmountaints, so it was realky quiet. Everything was nice, clean, also the shared bathroom is just near, so it doesn\

A GREAT accomodation, clean and close to the City Center. Nice Shops, Supermarkts and Restaurant just around the corner

Pros: A very nice place to stay , close to the City Center of Bolzano. It is very clean and the facilities are excellent , inclusive parking facilities. Our visit to Bolzano was great , due to this accomodation. We can fully recommend you to stay here.

Pros: Everything is good. The only thing we didn’t quite understand is the water heater above the bed in our room. Otherwise would recommend.

Impeccable stay!

Pros: The apartment is super clean and modern. There is a bus that brings you in 5 mins to the center and comes every 3 mins. The surroundings of the apartment are very pleasant. If we come to Bolzano again we will stay here for sure.

Good apartment but could be cleaner

Pros: The apartment was well located and had everything we needed.

Cons: For this price I do expect a place to be very clean, but the shower was not cleaned from the guests before.

Had a great stay overall, slept well every night so no complaints. Staff were helpful when I lost my passport

Pros: Great location. Bed was very comfy and extra pillows in the room if needed. Location was good - on regular bus routes and spar nearby. Room had a nice balcony with a view of the mountains.

Cons: Would have liked the room more if there were some form of curtain/blinds on the window. Should also be an emergency contact number in case of incidents that occur out of hours.

Perfect stay in Bolzano with the most helpful hosts!

Pros: Had the best time here in Bolzano at Apartaments Claudia Augusta. Host was kind and gracious, my group had a lost baggage on a bus and he kindly spent 2 hours of his own time to wait for the bus and helped to retrieve our baggages. The room in the apartment was spacious and perfect for a group of 5, apartment was neat and tidy with many amenities such as towels and kitchenware provided. Check-in process was also seamless and quick. Would not recommend this stay enough, it definitely deserves a high rating!
