The hotel is also ideally located, close to many attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

Pros: Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From the nice staff (Enrico) to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Location very central, near old town and train/bus station and useful shops, cafes, bars, etc. Very near the cable car. You could walk everywhere. River and beautiful country walks nearby, too!

Cons: Just the rain!

Good view and close to centre.

Pros: Enrico met us a the street door and showed us to the apartment which was on 5th floor and had a great view back over the town. The old city was close by and train about 12 mins walk away. Apartment was clean and quite spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: Apartment was a bit austere and a little tired. Basic but very clean. Few light bulbs were out. Pillows were a bit soft for us. Felt a little overpriced.

I had really pleasant days and so much grateful for the welcoming host.

Pros: The view of the property is really beautiful and it is located in the city center, close to the Train station. The host is super nice, we came from flixbus which the bus station is really far away from the city center, the host offered to take us a ride to the property.

Pros: Ottima posizione per andare in centro e alla stazione. Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente.

Cons: Manca uno specchio grande (c'è solo uno specchio nel bagno) avrebbe bisogno di una imbiancatura ai muri.

Soggiorno di due settimane nel cuore di Bolzano

Pros: Monolocale davvero carino e nuovo nel cuore di Bolzano, davvero luminoso, con vista sul campanile. Il mio soggiorno è stato perfetto.

Pros: La struttura si trova a 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale. È ubicato sul quinto piano: entrando nel portone ci sono 8 scalini, poi ascensore. È un monolocale (munito di cucina), luminoso (2 punti luce su un unico balcone). Il bagno è grande. Vi sono televisore e grandi armadi.

Cons: Sul frontespizio del palazzo e sul citofono non vi sono targhette o riferimenti alla struttura. Il letto è basso (...ma dipende dall'altezza di ognuno di noi) con oggettiva difficoltà di accesso poiché le pareti laterali sono a 20 cm. Non vi è struttura per appoggiare le valigie. Vi sono solo 2 sedie. Il tavolo è piccolo.

Pros: Merci beaucoup Lidia pour ta disponibilité. Même quand nous avons oublié des affaires, Lidia est revenue pour les déposer dans un magasin afin que nous puissions revenir les chercher. Et excellente vue !

Cons: Le frigo a fait du bruit la nuit, mais nous nous sommes rendues compte qu'il ne devait pas être collé au mur, pour ne pas qu'il vibre. Conseil pour les suivants !

Pros: Het was een fijn appartement. Enrico is heel aardig en behulpzaam. De locatie is fantastisch!.

Cons: We konden niet zo goed zitten op de enige twee harde stoelen. Er was veel lawaai op straat.
