Pros: The location was great; a 10-minute walk to the train station or the old town. Beautiful penthouse apartment, spacious. Plenty of closet space and hangers. All the necessary equipment for preparing breakfast.

Cons: The surroundings of the apartment were rather awwful, with construction fences all around. There was some noise from freight trains. The elevator renovation caused dust in the staircase and noise during the day (which didn’t bother us).

Pros: Appartamento come in foto, pulito, accogliente, con tutti i servizi descritti. Panorama bellissimo su Bolzano. Ottima posizione 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 5 minuti dai mercatini di Natale, con un centro commerciale di fronte x tutte le necessità. Grazie Thomas per la disponibilità e gentilezza ci siamo trovate benissimo come a casa nostra, torneremo sicuramente.

Tolle Lage, wunderbare Aussicht :o)

Pros: Die Ausstattung war toll. Es fehlte uns nichts. DIe Kommunikation lief wunderbar via Celly und hätte etwas gefehlt, wäre auch dies mit SIcherheit erfüllt worden. Die Lage ist prima. Direkt an der Etsch gelegen, kaum 5 Minuten bis ins Zentrum, ein toller Ausblick von der Terrasse, angenehm helle Unterkunft … passt. Vielen lieben Dank! :o)

Super schicke Ferienwohnung in Bozen!

Pros: Tolle, geräumige Ferienwohnung. Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Berge und die Etsch. Helles und offenes Schlafzimmer, aber mit Rollladen, wenn gewünscht! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat Hilfe für/während der Reise angeboten. Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Lage direkt auf der anderen Seite der Etsch, aber nicht direkt im Kern Bozens. Man ist dafür auch sehr schnell am (Bus)Bahnhof, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man ins Umland will. Macht sich allerdings auch etwas am Publikum bemerkbar, aber alles war komplett entspannt.
