Very pleasant stay, good apartment in convenient location

Pros: Parking on site and 5 minute stroll to the old town.

Cons: Stairs and steps could be problematic for older or infirm people.

Perfect, I’d definitely stay here again!

Pros: Everything was perfect, the apartment was quiet, central and clean. It was a great solution with our car and the centre was a short walk away.

Pros: Apartment is really cute and spacious and has everything you could need; free central parking in Bolzano is a major plus; our host Thomas was very helpful and accessible

Cons: the apartment was perfect but our stay was too short and the weather wasn't nice enough to enjoy the outside terrace - we plan to come back again :)

Great apartment in super location for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites.

Pros: The location was ideal for exploring the town centre and getting to the local sights like the Ritten/Renon. The apartment is very well furnished with lovely dining and lounge area plus all the cooking equipment you need. Terrace was great! Just a bit cold to enjoy in October in the evenings. We appreciated the designated parking space and everything felt safe and secure.

Cons: Only suggestion is another pillow for each guest!

Pros: The apartment has a very modern decoration and very comfortable. The roof terrace is a big bonus. Good facilities and clean.

Cons: The kitchen hood is not quite operate. And one of the frying pan may not work with the hob, the big frying pan didn't heating up, but the small one heated up very quickly.

Nice apartment but stairs were an issue

Pros: The unit was well designed and had all the facilities we could want. The unit had lots of room. The wifi worked well. The unit was a 10 minute walk from the old town.

Cons: Getting into the unit was not intuitive, but we were assisted by neighbours. There were approx. 50 stairs to access the apartment, some of which did not have a bannister rail. This made carrying heavy suitcases into and out of the unit difficult.

Pros: Thomas's apartment is located close to the old town, which is perfect to go to the center of the town on foot. The apartment is clean and has everything that we need, even a washing machine. If you want to hike to obenbolzen, the cable station is just around 1,5 km away. You can have a wonderful hiking day just starting from the apartment. Thomas is also very helpful and can be reached anytime. We are very satisfied with the apartment 😀

Very pleasent stay at the center of Bolzan.

Pros: Very clean and near from the center. Place for the car.

Cons: Nothing very special except the amount of stairs when we have a lot of luggage. Aside this, for children’s, perhaps the door at the top of the leaving room could have a way to be locked to avoid any problem with children’s going down stairs.

Pros: Very spacious, neat & clean apartment, the host was very responsive on whatsapp. Very pleasant experience.
