Great location and well appointed apartment

Pros: Location was terrific, easy access to central area and also the cable car.

Supreme location

Pros: The location was excellent - very handy to centre, buses, train station, restaurants & supermarket. Being provided the Bolzano card to use on all public transport made getting around super easy. The apartment had an elevator that made life easy. Very friendly hosts and we were very happy there for 5 nights.

Great apartment with all amenities except AC

Pros: Apartment was super clean and small things were taken care off i e. usable slippers, washing machine, press, umbrella etc everything was there. Best part transport card provided i.e. Bolzano Card. This card is very useful.

Cons: On one day while cooking and using washing machine light went. On contacting apartment support was told apartment cannot handle too much electricity usage at once so I had to go to basement to switch on meter back. Owners should get this tested. Also there is no AC in apartment so it was very hot, fan was provided but only one so if someone is in dinning and someone in bedroom its difficult.

Pros: Excellent location, close to train station and right in centre. Top facilities and the staff managing the property were very helpful and delightful. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: Lovely apartment in a great location.. Manuela is an excellent host. She met us on arrival and gave great recommendations on where to eat and visit for sightseeing. Manuela also provided the Bozen card to use on public transport - this made getting around very easy. We enjoyed our stay in your lovely apartment.

Great Apartment with easy access to station and Bolzano town.

Pros: Only five minutes from the train station and right in the middle of the old town, this apartment was perfectly located. It was quiet and comfortable. Showers were hot with good water pressure. Kitchen facilities were good. Beds were comfortable and the whole apartment had good central heating. The Bolzano Visitors pass that we were gifted was a wonderful bonus. We arrived early in town and our hosts allowed us to check in early. This is a wonderful feature for travellers with luggage. The apartment building had an elevator which is great to avoid hauling luggage up stairs.

Cons: On occasions, there were outside mechanical noises. We think it was a gate opening and closing in an adjacent building. In reality, this did not pose any real problems.

Highly recommend for couples travelling to northern Italy, one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in whilst travelling!

Pros: Everything was immaculate and is in a perfect location. Our host was amazing and gave us all recommendations including bus passes for the local area so we could access other towns and hiking areas in the dolomites for free! Couldn’t be happier will definitely return!

Cons: Literally nothing, it was a 10/10 apartment!

The balcony in apartment 8 is very nice with shade, we used it for several hours every day. The location worked great for easy access to the station and grocery shopping in DeSpar. Bolzano Guest cards also worked very well. Thank you!

Pros: Manuela was a great hostess. Location was perfect; near historical Bolzano. Everything within walking distance; museums, stores, restaurants, including train station.
