Odilia - Historic City Apartments - center of Brixen

Pros: The conversation with the host upfront was very good. The apartment is based in the center. Everything was in walking distance.

Cons: I really had to think. The garage was not close. (ok, the distance was acceptable but my luggage was to heavy)

Great stay in the old town

Pros: Great location in the heart of the old town. Well equipped kitchen (although a frypan would have been useful).

Cons: Nothing, however please take note of their clearly stated policy of NO lift. We were on the top floor and it really was a workout to get our bags up and down.

Modern apartment in city center.

Pros: Apartment was modern and quite big. Location couldn't be better. Keyless entry worked well. Host was very responsive.

Cons: Bathroom is large but no counter space.

Pros: Place is clean, new and beutifule Good location Big appartment

Cons: 4th floor without elevator Small thing whicha cane make a difference: Add Some tea and sugar Capsul for dish washer

Pros: Wonderful apartman on a charming place with everything you may need. Comfortable beds, clean and tidy rooms.

Cons: The access is a bit tricky if you have heavy luggage. Have to walk a bit and no elevator. The private parking has steep access, cars with lower suspension may not fit.

Pros: super easy communication - precise info, also for the parking (which is generous - finally space to open the doors of your car! a pretty walk to the house though...

Cons: the dish washer rubber was off, so it was un-usable (which was no big problem since we did not cook), which was standing out in the otherwise impeccable and well kept place

The stay was perfect, good value for money and good services also for rubbish separation. Overall, we would really recom

Pros: Location, cleanliness, spaces were good, staff was available and kind also by text messages, online check-in is a plus.

Cons: The description site for reservation said they gave also the “Alto Adige guest pass” when we booked (Feb 2025). But then when the reservation was confirmed and paid (June 2025), it was not available anymore. Also the Tourist Information Office confirmed they deleted their subscription to give the pass. When we asked the staff for the reason, they said it was an error and it has never been available. We booked specifically for the pass, so then we had to buy a surrogate at least for transportation.

New apartment and very clean, sit in the heart of the town

Pros: Locate in heart of the town, room is very new and very clean. Host is very helpful.

Cons: No elevator:(
