Pros: Great location and lovely apartment. Host communicates well. I really enjoyed this stay. It is a studio apartment that is split up Into two levels.

Cons: In addition to the double bed upstairs , there is also a sleeping couch in the living area. However, I cannot recommend using it for adults. For children that should be OK.

Very good location in the heart of Brixen.

Pros: Extremely clean, very good location in the heart of Brixen, close to cultural attractions, restaurants, supermarkets. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Central heating and air conditioning. The host was kind and very accommodating. Will stay again.

Pros: Ottima posizione, in centro a Bressanone. Proprietarie gentilissime e disponibili per ogni richiesta. Il supermercato è vicinissimo all'appartamento. Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione in 15 minuti.

Cons: Fornire maggiormente la cucina. Consiglieremmo inoltre di dotare la camera dell'appartamento di coperte e cuscini aggiuntivi.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé, atypique et fonctionnel. Communication avec l'hôte très réactive. En hypercentre, beaucoup de choix s'offrent à vous pour manger.

Cons: Véhiculé, il faut faire attention, car les frais de parking peuvent s'ajouter, et ça peut vite faire gonfler la note. Si vous êtes uniquement là après 18h, vous trouverez de quoi vous garer gratuitement avec un disque.

Cons: Lo scarico e carico bagagli, a causa dell'isola pedonale, un pò difficoltoso, nonostante l'aiuto al nostro arrivo

Pros: La localización es perfecta , muy cómodo para 2 personas , muy limpio

Cons: Que hay una ventana transparente entre el piso de la habitación y el baño (horrible ) , y cero detalles para los inquilinos ( no hay nada sal , aceite , vinagre , ni siquiera un saquito de té o un poco de café )

Ferienwohnung toll, Vermietungsabwicklung toll, Ein- und Auszugssituation um die Wohnung misserabel.

Pros: Tolle Lage (ausser An- und Abreise) unkomplizierte Vermietungsabwicklung via WhatsApp.

Cons: Unmöglichkeit in der Nähe zur FW zu halten umd Ais- und Einzuladen. Dazu kann die Vermieterin nichts es war für ums aber total stressig weiö die Polizei permanent kontrolliert und sofort aufschreibt. Achtung! Auf den Plätzen mit dem Symbol zum Beliefern darf man auch nur mit LKW stehen. Unmöglicher Zustand.
