Pros: Nice apartment with everything you need. Pool and Jacuzzi were a nice value add. The location is fantastic - close to a supermarket, bakery and pizzeria and just a 15 min stroll to town. The bus station is two minutes away and there is a direct bus to Plose cable car. The owner was very responsive and kind enough to arrange a pick up from the train station for us. All in all a wonderful stay in beautiful Brixen.
Cons: Nothing much maybe a bit more water pressure would have been nice but that's probably beyond control.

Pros: I definitely recommend the accommodation, the accommodating approach of the host, clean, spacious apartment, very well and practically furnished, excellent location, private parking, good restaurant, shopping center nearby, our stay was in the winter, we concentrated on skiing, in the summer there is an outdoor swimming pool with very nice surroundings,

Südtirol ist sehenswert!
Pros: Der Blick vom Balkon über den wunderschönen Garten ist ein Traum, mediterrane Zitronen- und Olivenbäume :) Fußläufig vom Bahnhof, Busbahnhof zu erreichen und in der schönen Altstadt ist man in 15Min. Brixen ist zudem ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Glaube, meine Lieblingszeit bleibt der bunte Herbst!

Amazing and worth it's value.
Pros: The place is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. It's clean, comfortable, very spacious, and has a wonderful view. There’s also a lovely garden, and the host is extremely respectful, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Pros: Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Alex mit einer anschließenden Führung durch die sehr gepflegte Anlage und die tolle Wohnung. Wir haben uns gleich Wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Leider war das Wetter zu schlecht, so dass wir den Pool nicht genutzt haben, aber den Wunderbaum haben wir getestet 😉. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und den Parkplatz am Haus haben wir gerne angenommen. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage und kommen gerne wieder.
Cons: Leider kein Backofen vorhanden.

Cons: Towel dryer not working, we wish it could have also a dryer machine to make it easy wash the clothes.

A great central location for exploring the Dolomites
Pros: Our apartment on the third floor was beautiful. It was very clean with a fully supplied kitchen (we used the nearby grocery store). The view of the pool area and valley from our porch was beautiful while enjoying our morning coffee. The garden with pool and hot tub was very relaxing after spending our days exploring the nearby mountains. This is a perfect central location for visiting the Dolomites. The 10 minute walk to the beautiful town center is lovely using the trails along the river. Our host (Alex) was wonderful! He met us on the street in the rain when we arrived to show us parking and help with our luggage and handing over the keys. He was very responsive to questions and shared recommendations for restaurants and activities. He also shared a beer from his secret outdoor tap while we were enjoying the hot tub.
