Pros: Sehr netter Kontakt schon vorab über WhatsApp, wg. Ankunftzeit, etc. (Herzlichen Dank liebe Patrizia) Separarter, abschließbarer Tiefgaragenstellplatz, sehr saubere, gut und liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung. Direkter Zugang zu einem schönen Flußuferweg in die Brixener Innenstadt. Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Auf unseren Hinweis, dass wir einen Toaster vermisst haben, wurde direkt dankend eingeganen.

Pros: La casa è veramente comoda, spaziosa ed accogliente con un bellissimo terrazzo arredato. Si trova in una posizione tranquilla, ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi con una passeggiata lungo il fiume e vicina a negozi. La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Pros: L'accoglienza ottima, i servizi e la posizione erano fantastiche

Cons: Unico neo, mancava la lavatrice, ma c'era un lavaggio automatico a 30 metri.

Pros: Neue und schicke Wohnung (den Abbildungen entsprechend). Die Altstadt ist über den sehr schönen Fußweg am Fluss zu erreichen, also eine ideale Lage auch angesichts der sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Cons: Die Via Plose ist doch ordentlich befahren, so dass auf dem großen Balkon Verkehrsgeräusche bis spät in den Abend zu hören sind. Bei uns waren die Abende noch recht kühl. Sonst hätte uns das bei einem vierzehntägigen Aufenthalt sicher gestört. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist in der Wohnung nichts zu hören.
