Pros: Excellent apartments in a great location. Apartment with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains, within walking distance to the ski lifts. There is everything you need for living with your family. I would also like to separately note the very hospitable and friendly owner. I highly recommend it to everyone who reads reviews!!!

Superb location, Luis Chalet-5 stars
Pros: The owner, a very good man. He waited for us upon arrival, giving us all the explanations we needed. The apartment was very nice and clean, fully equipped for daily needs, with a very large balcony overlooking the mountain. Very comfortable bed (5 stars). Free parking. Special room for storing skis. From our point of view, Mr. Heinold Pider, deserves all our respect and appreciation, and the apartment is great. Once again, many thanks.

Perfect winter in perfect apartment.

I am thankful for the time spent here.
Pros: We were the first guests and enjoyed the apartment. It is a perfect location for a family, everything is new, clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a lot of space, beautiful design, and view. The owner waited for us, prepared some sweet surprises for the welcome and the first day of the year(sweet gummy bears made by the owner's beautiful daughters), gave us information about buses, slopes s.o. and a card for free entry to the museum (I saved 20 euros/person at the entry of Messner Museum and Museum of Montagne Photography). We had a free parking place and room for ski, boots to warm them after a long day of skiing. The property is quite close to the bus station (5-7 minutes) but we used our car to go to the slopes. We had a wonderful holiday and a good start in 2024.
Cons: There is nothing to be mentioned not to like. We had everything we needed and even more and the owner did the best to have a wonderful time here. It is quite impossible to find something not pleasant.

Pros: Miałam przyjemność spędzić kilka dni w tym apartamencie i mogę z całego serca go polecić! Miejsce było niesamowicie czyste i zadbane, a atmosfera ciepła i przytulności sprawiła, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Widoki z okna zapierały dech w piersiach – idealne do relaksu po dniu pełnym przygód na nartach. Właściciel apartamentu był niezwykle zaangażowany i dostępny przez cały czas naszego pobytu. Jego pomoc i szybka reakcja na nasze pytania były na wagę złota. To sprawiło, że czuliśmy się wyjątkowo i bardzo docenialiśmy jego troskę. Jeśli szukacie miejsca, w którym można odpocząć i cieszyć się pięknem okolicy, ten apartament jest strzałem w dziesiątkę! Z pewnością wrócimy!

Neue, tolle, hochqualitative, voll ausgestattete, moderne Ferienwohnung + super Gastfreundlichkeit!
Pros: Super ruhige Lage in der Nähe von der Talstation, Schwimmbad, Langlaufloipe, Bäckerei, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Pizzeria etc. aber auch nicht weit von der Stadt. Parkplatz, Schikeller, voll ausgestattete moderne Küche, bequeme Betten, top Chalet (genau wie auf den Fotos). Sehr netter und gastfreundlicher Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Skiurlaub gehabt.
